I placed an order here through uber eats and it was processed but when the driver went to pick up the food they were saying it wasn’t paid for. I then called to ask what’s going on and they were no help saying it wasn’t paid for despite uber eats not allowing the order to even go through if it wasn’t paid. The manager was very nasty and rude and hung up on me multiple times despite me being amicable.

I gave it those stars on service because they ALWAYS (NEVER FAILS), get my order WRONG! I'm lactose intolerant, and I always ask for NO CHEESE on my burgers, well they constantly add cheese, don't know why! I'm always disappointed...

No TP in bathroom. No syrup in the beverage dispenser; second dispenser was out of service. Cashier would not honor an advertised deal on a poster in the store. Claimed it was only valid for online orders, but the deal also was not available via online ordering. Misleading and unethical practice.
