Listen, I don’t know who made this chicken cheese steak, but they deserve a raise, a trophy, and possibly a statue in their honor. The chicken was juicy like it had been marinated in angel tears. The cheese? Melted into every crevice like it paid rent. The bread? Toasted to perfection—crunchy on the outside, soft on the inside, like a good therapist.

But let’s talk about the real MVPs: the jalapeños. They didn’t just bring heat—they brought drama. Each bite was a telenovela. I was crying, sweating, smiling, questioning my existence, and planning my next order all at once.

This sandwich didn’t feed me. It changed me.

Ordered two Phillies and a root beer float. The “lady” who took our order immediately gave me a cup with two spoonfuls of ice cream and a can of root beer. As we sat there for 20 mjn waiting on our subs the tiny bit of ice cream melted. Kindly asked for a different one bc it melted and she got an attitude and said NO. Will never go back I there. And tipped her $6. Smh

I didn't think I'd find a chopped cheese, now that I live out in the boonies, but I was wrong. Looking forward to trying more stuff!

Food was great, Hobbs was incredibly friendly and price wasn't too bad for a very large cheese steak and fries!

Foods decent when the don’t forget items in ur order. I drove 20 min there and back to my home. Missing items and I asked for them to put the let Tom and onion on side not on the burger when I lift the lid it’s all on the burger. I wanted it on the side because the person that was going to eat it I didn’t know if she wanted that part on it. When she got here found out she’s allergic to tomatoes so she can’t eat it since the juices are all over burger n bun. When I called I first was told to come in to switch the bun because that’s what the tomatoes were on. They weren’t it was on bun and burger after telling the girl that she said to bring burger back and they will replace it. I’m not driving another 40 min when I can pick up something 5 min from my home. Then because I’m aggravated at this point I was told that I shouldn’t yell because there busy. So since your busy you can over look orders forget to put things in the order that were paid for and mess up the orders as there prepared.

Great spot in Hudson I love their cheesesteaks. The rolls are amazing makes 🙏🏻
