I come here every now and then and I am always thrilled at the customer service! Every employee is always so nice. Travis took my order in the drive-thru this last time and got it perfect. He even engaged with my furbaby. My food was out in a timely manner and hot. The staff here is doing a great job! Definitely my favorite Burger King ? around!

Burger King in Hudson is one of my top picks for a “cheat day” craving! The meatless Impossible Burger is a delicious, guilt-free indulgence, and their fries are crispy and super underrated. I just love this combo!! The staff is friendly and efficient, making every visit a pleasure. With a kid-friendly menu and a clean, welcoming atmosphere, it’s a fantastic spot for a quick, satisfying meal. I Highly recommended!
Vegetarian options: Impossible burger is amazing! Don’t forget the fries!

This place has had a broken mixer for at least a month. I wonder, isn't there enough money to buy another one or repair it??? If they don't have money for these routine expenses, I wouldn't want to see what the hygiene and conditions inside this place are like.

Sat at the drive thru speaker for 5 minutes after being told just a moment. When I asked if I would be helped, the boy inside repeated rudely "Just a moment." Please teach your cashier that 5 minutes is not just s moment and is far too long to wait for an order to be taken at a FAST food restaurant
Just left after being told to pull around to the double doors for my order. I waited, and waited, then waited a little more before going inside. I stood there and waited a minute before asking about my order. Was promptly handed two bags that had just been sitting there for 20 minutes. Completely forgotten and ignored. Also missing a sandwich, but I left rather than waiting another 15 minutes for a simple burger. This place has never been the best but my lord it's gotten worse.

Stood at the counter for 10 minutes after placing our order and then had to tell them what our order was because no one could see it on the screen. They just ignored the fact that we were standing there.
