Service totally sucks. My wife and I are two handicapped people. We had 3 coupons and we were told we could only use 3 coupons unless we came in, because each car could only have 2 coupons. WE CANT WALK, WE ARE HANDICAPPED. So we were made to go through the drive thru 2 times, to use 3 coupons. By the time we got our hamburgers they were cold. The onion rings we were supposed to get, they screwed up and gave us fries. We went through the drive thru a third time to get the onion rings we were supposed to originally get. Then having a manager demand the fries back so she can throw them in the garbage to give us the cold onion rings we were supposed to get originally. I am done with Burger King.

This place is the worst! Sat in drive through for over 20 mins just waiting for someone to take my order and no one did. It’s 10:30 at night where is the staff??? One person running the place??? Just absolutely unacceptable! I work in a restaurant and I would have already had a hot meal to my customers or at least Knowledge them. Wasted 25 mins of my time and gas just to drive away and drive out of my way to a different Burger King!

Went through drive-through for lunch. Asked cashier, Crystal, at the window before I paid, if I could add cheese to my original chicken sandwich. She said sure. Then, after telling the kitchen to add cheese, she got real nasty with me saying she couldn't add it to the order on the register. But they already put it on the sandwich, and it wouldn't let her charge me for the cheese and how she was going to get yelled at about it. 1st of all, not my problem. I told her in the beginning if it was an issue never mind, no big deal. Her name tag said supervisor, and she doesn't know how to add cheese to an order? The receipt shows she added water, which is free, instead of cheese. No wonder this location has such a low rating and bad reviews. Stay away.

Older guy who took the order was extremely rude. Nick. Got here at 9:44 on Jan.13th Cut us off mid order, monotone and absolutely no customer service skills. Sounds like the slug monster lady from monsters Inc. Otherwise Bri who was working the window was very sweet and kind.

Overall my experience here yesterday was pretty okay. I asked for a whopper junior no onions and no mayo and still recieved mayo, Employees were overall friendly and they were quite busy so I do understand mistakes can happen, i was once a Burger King employee myself. Keep it up the good service yall!

Today I just feel it was the last straw. As a woman working here approached me, beat on my table, yelled at me and told me to leave when I tried to rest for 2 minutes. I bought food here 3x today and that's how I was treated.
Give credit to the kind good people but the rude obnoxious people need to be reprehended.

The Impossible Burger was the main attraction for me today. I ordered two so that I would have enough to share. I also wanted to try the Big Fish Sandwich which was new to me. Once I placed my order I received it in only about thirty minutes. It arrived just as I ordered it and it was piping hot and delicious. The lettuce and tomatoes were very fresh and the pickles nice and crunchy. The Big Fish Sandwich was equally delicious with fresh lettuce and condiments. I highly recommend Burger King to anyone who wants delicious food,made with care at a reasonable price!

Place is always dirty. If you order on the app, your food is NEVER ready at the time specified. SUPER slow. No greeting or any form of acknowledgement when you enter. They just ignore you. My Husband waited at the counter for about 10 mins no one helped him. This was a mobile order!!! A Caucasian women walked in to pick up her mobile order and they all jumped to help her while my Husband was still waiting. When the woman told them he was there first, they brushed it off. Won't be returning...PS..my Husband is not Caucasian if you get my drift!

I ordered through GrubHub and every single time my order I was missing two items this time off my order and given three packages of marinara that had nothing to do with my order. Tried calling of course nobody answered nobody ever does. Thank God I go through GrubHub so I can get refunded from them. Would not recommend your store to anyone period!

When I placed my order the guy at the front counter was awesome. But the people in the back were rude and complaining openly about our order. The guy with the girly voice, when I walked in he said he was clocking out because of labor but after I placed my order and the crew complained, the guy at the front counter stook up for me. The guy with the girly voice said he was leaving because he would not be spoken to that way, but he was leaving anyways. The guy up front did not speak to him badly at all. All and all I will be going to a different Burger King from now on.

If you want fast food, DON’T COME TO THIS ONE!! Only order fries in the drive thru only two cars ahead of me and somehow it took over 15 minutes for me to get to the window. Was met by a woman whose hands were filthy and immediately left without food. Please take the time to make sure employees are properly cleansing their hands if hate for people to get sick BK

Honestly i dont get mad easy but this pissed me of terrible service they were out of ice and that was fine i didn't care but the water was brown charged us 4$ for onion rings and didn't even give them to us annoying ass cashier rude to.
