The employees mess around and tell you to wait at different windows and then wait to wave you forward. It's the craziest thing I've ever seen.

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at any Burger King. On 2/14 at around 11:00 PM, I placed a simple order—just fries and a drink—with no one ahead of me in the drive‑thru. Despite that, I was told to pull up to the first window and wait, and I ended up sitting there for over 10 minutes before being called forward.

When the attendant finally called me, she asked if I was picking up an order for “Maria,”(again i am the only one in the drive thru) which wasn’t mine. She handed me only the fries and completely forgot the drink. She had to check my receipt to realize I had ordered one. She eventually gave me the drink, but the entire interaction felt careless and unprofessional. If this is how this location handles customers, it definitely needs improvement.

When I went threw the drive threw the women working the register had a bad attitude she made a simple mistake and put the wrong sandwich on the order when I questioned my total being high she got mad slammed the window and was talking about me to the manager so I asked to speak to the manager the manager refused to tell me the franchise name and told me I was in the wrong lied to me and said my order was ready back to me this is not the first time I came here and received crappy service the only person who dose not have a attitude in this establishment is Christina 90%of the time I will never go to this location again oh no to mention they screwed up my whole order on top of that

You're prices have gotten too high and I only ordered 1 whopper and a fry and they gave me 18 napkins..who's running that place you're wasting money...stop wasting and cut prices!!!At least it wasn't dry this time but PUT ENOUGH LETTUCE SO IT SHOWS ON OUTSIDE OF BUN SO A CUSTOMER FEELS LIKE THEY GET THEIR $$ WORTH! IF I DOESNT LOOK LIKE THE PICTURE DONT SERVE IT. THE REVIEW BELOW IS A LIE PROB MADE BY MGR LETTUCE IS WILTED AND SIZE OF A QTR DIES NOT SHOW OUTSIDE OF BUN..

Customer service absolutely sucks.
Employees didn’t offer an inviting service.
Drive through order, employee taking our order was abysmal at most. Waited at the first window no one came to take payment
We go inside for our order and one employee was on their phone playing with the fries
Didn’t even acknowledge my husband inside and then they proceeded to say they do not have an order for us
Don’t waste your time going to this Burger King.

20 min in drive thru 2 people ahead
Couldn’t even get a bag for my stuff
But clearly bagged items for other customers on the drive thru POS station.
I’ve worked this all before every position. Cashier/cook to GM/DMZ
I was willing to let whatever go but then my
8 piece chicken fry 3 of my fries were less than a section of my pinky you have to literally hand pack these boxes.
Fries ice cold my cini minis were hot for sure probably because none were up.
My phone call seemed to sound like a bother even though I did my part I waited I paid and was disappointed but sorry I called to get rectification. Then cherry on top had to drive back out for my replacement.
I’d leave a corporate complaint but no receipt was given. Will request receipt on next visit just for that purpose.
Serious reworking of night shift needs to be done.

Multiple cars in line waiting at the first window a very long time only to have staff standing around waiting for the customers at the next window. Then items missing in the order, burgers are cold and fries are oversalted. Do better and provide better customer service. McDonald's is right down the street.

The owner of this location needs to get their act together and stop cutting staff this location is the most dis functional Burger King TO EXIST! It took me a freaking hour to get through your drive through you had one manager that’s doing the window and the front and one girl cooking the food as You have 15 cars in line! Then you mess up my burger and then waited another 15 minutes Your staff is working there butt off they don’t get paid to deal with this owners crap! This is not rocket science it’s burgers! Disgusting quit over working your employees and hire more staff or don’t be open it’s not functional when you have this set up for your staff or for your customers! Unbelievable to the owner of this business you have no right to run a business!
