Multiple cars in line waiting at the first window a very long time only to have staff standing around waiting for the customers at the next window. Then items missing in the order, burgers are cold and fries are oversalted. Do better and provide better customer service. McDonald's is right down the street.
Shout out to December and the one guy working with her tonight October 11,2025 9:30pm. Even though they were running everything alone they went above and beyond to attend people at drive-thru and inside. Not one attitude and she notified ahead of time about the wait and reasoning behind it.

Overall my experience here yesterday was pretty okay. I asked for a whopper junior no onions and no mayo and still recieved mayo, Employees were overall friendly and they were quite busy so I do understand mistakes can happen, i was once a Burger King employee myself. Keep it up the good service yall!
