Not impressed in the slightest..only gave a 3 for atmosphere bc I like a country BBQ setting. Walk up, there's a band playing(pretty good)but it was chilly so we sat inside. As we walked in a young girl with dark hair said, "hello there's our menu" and pointed at the wall. We asked if they had any specials and we got the reply, "No. We don't do specials, that's how we lose money!" OK then. Another customer came up and picked up their order- the Dine in for 2 special! Whaaaat?? Why would a person at the front and center selling point not offer it? Well she couldn't stay focused on us and enter the next girl at the counter, a young blonde haired girl. Super sweet and stayed with us until we ordered. We went for the 2 for special. Both pork platters 2 sides and a drink, for $35! WOWZERS they are highly priced for microwave or warmers food. I say this bc it literally took 30sec for our platters and what we thought we ordered was not given. We thought we ordered a loaded baked potato as a side, nope. We got pulled pork, a microwaved potato and corn cob. Upon asking, we were told they don't serve that, but could've ordered baked potato salad.. Uhh, shouldn't that have been made known when we ordered? The only resolve offered was some cheez wiz in a cup. The waitress even took a picture of the menu to bring us to make her point. Best part was the plain clothed middle aged man sucking on some ribs in-between the kitchen and counter bragging about a cake they couldn't provide. I can 100% say I will never return to this BBQ shack. Sorry but the truth hurts sometimes. Some of these other reviews must be written by paid actors. You cant fake good bbq. I would've waited 30min for some good BBQ with fresh sides. Not worth the money or 1 star. Find somewhere else!! My work here is done.
This is probably the most expensive bbq restaurant we've ever been to, and we've been to lots. Very nice employee at the counter, but i gave 4 stars for service because they have no table service. With prices like theirs, it should be a sit down and relax and then someone take my order. 4 stars for food, and i think that was being generous. It was tasty, but very dry and they had just opened. We don't plan to go back.

I’ve been coming to Circle S BBQ for a few years and these last two times this year it’s been a horrible food experience. The portions have been extremely small for the high price, the meat and sides were very bland with no seasoning. Doesn’t taste like anything while eating the brisket or pulled pork. Arrived hungry and left hungry for thirty dollars. I cannot recommend.
Update to owners response: If you know people have complained about the same issue from other reviewers than maybe you should accept the constructive criticism to solve the issues. Also no comment to how your BBQ taste like nothing?

Stopped in this place Today right when they open Got brisket sandwich it was amazing. Glad I stopped. Highly recommended.
Got pulled pork platter with Cole Slaw and Potato Salad. Pork was excellent but Cole slaw and potato salad was very bland. Will go back but will try different sides
