Terrible experience, ordered 1 soft serve and a blizzard, the workers on the ice cream portion apparently didn’t know what chocolate ice cream was and we were given vanilla, we then got chocolate after explaining what it was. Asked multiple times for a cup on the side and a spoon. Got a cup after the 3rd time, and were also clueless to why we need a spoon; to the point where they ignored our request. Went inside to find the establishment in total chaos. Will never visit again

I was inside your store on 9/01/2025,around 7 pm.i usually don't complain but what i saw was utterly disgusting. I saw I saw an older women late 30s older 40s im not sure of her age it was a woman from a different desert she wasn't an American. She was digging in her private area and didn't care who saw her then she started digging in her butt also,proceeded to go in the back and make food with no clothes after doing all that vile stuff.most disgusting place I have been in.not only is the language barrier is horrible but that disgusting woman was enough for me.i turned around and walked and will never come back.i will take this to corporate and I hope and pray you guys do something with her so disgusting that she would do that wish i could give no stars..PEOPLE PLEASE BE AWARE OF THIS AND THE FACT SHE MAKES FOOD WITH NO CLOTHES. JUST DISGUSTING. STAY AWAY.GO TO CULVERS OR ELSEWHERE TO GET YOUR FOOD

Absolutely disgusting!!! I watched the managers wife grab my and 2 others food with her bare hands and try to serve it to us!!! Then the lady wanted to smirk about it. The language barrier is not a issue they just play dumb like they cant understand us.

Wonderful experience.All the employees are kind, courteous and professional. Food was delicious! We don't live close to this location, but we will drive the extra distance to eat here from now on.
This DQ was below average. The twist cones they gave us were much smaller than other locations have been too. Plus the cones weren’t good it had some cracks on them which could’ve caused a big mess if it would’ve totally broke. Even the taste of the ice cream wasn’t comparable to other locations.
