Have been getting banana splits here for years. Sunday I received the most disappointing one ever. Very small portion compared to previous ones and it was thrown together. Very disappointed.

First off went in. Stood there for awhile before anyone acknowledged we were there. That only because I finally ask what time do you open? Worse food I've ever not eat. One bite of cheese burger should say mustard and pickle sandwich with a moldy bun and rest went in trash. Onion rings were decent if only they weren't burnt to a crisp. My wifes burger was the same. Her fries were old, chalky and saturated with grease from numerous refries. Strawberry sundaes was ok. My wife figured she'd at least get something decent so she filled a survey and got a free ice cream on at stick. She came back and said the manager is not very friendly. We assume that was from having to give out the free ice cream on a stick. Never go back. Sorry I wasted money when there were other places we could have tried. Btw the cashier that took our order was really sweet and helpful. Just because it's a Dairy Queen don't make it a good place to stop. Blizzard of Oz

I ordered a small chocolate ice cream Blizzard with just chocolate ice cream and peanut butter — nothing else. When I received it, it was made with peanut butter cups, which is not what I asked for. I politely explained to the worker that the order was wrong and that I never asked for peanut butter cups, only peanut butter. She responded with attitude and had me pull forward. After that, a man came up to my car and became irritated and started yelling at me about the difference between peanut butter cups and peanut butter sauce. All I said — calmly — was that I never said cups, just peanut butter. Eventually, the order was made correctly, but the experience leading up to it was uncomfortable, unprofessional, and unnecessary. I was respectful the entire time and simply wanted what I ordered. The poor customer service overshadowed the resolution, and I won’t be returning.

I was a regular customer until today, my grandson got a chicken kids meal and it was completely raw, not a little completely and I walked in pissed worried my grandson would get sick and the kids meal came with a drink and a cone and I wasn't thinking to bring it at the time because I was thinking about the raw chicken and the manager. Seen how raw it was and the only thing he said was we're is the drink and cone, never again so disrespected, I regret one thing, not taking a picture of it.

Highly don’t recommend the drive through. Went two times and that’ll be it. First time I went I specifically asked for light ice in my drinks, got a full cup of ice, not a big deal. Now I go and order dinner for my family and the only combos that had everything was the chicken box’s. Not sure how you manage to forget half of two meals but it is what it is, my money will be spent where at another restaurant in which care enough to make sure your foods actually all in the bags before sending you off.

This place sucks. Put in my order at drive through waited at window after being told total and no acknowledgement at the window no payment taken or order recieved like I was a ghost. Went down the road 1 minute to subway. Horrible experience at this location dont recommend at all.

I ordered a birthday cake a week ago. They didn't start it until I arrived to pick it up. Then they misspelled my kid's name. This is the second time this year, and it is the last ever. Publix never makes these mistakes. I feel bad for the staff who remember the previous owners. The new ones have dropped the ball.
