Wonderful experience.All the employees are kind, courteous and professional. Food was delicious! We don't live close to this location, but we will drive the extra distance to eat here from now on.

This DQ was below average. The twist cones they gave us were much smaller than other locations have been too. Plus the cones weren’t good it had some cracks on them which could’ve caused a big mess if it would’ve totally broke. Even the taste of the ice cream wasn’t comparable to other locations.

I hope I am writting the review for the right dairy queen. This is for the one in 52 in Hudson by Publix and waffle house. Used to bring the family here but sadly we will never return. Either the speaker is broken in the drive thru but I can't understand them and its obvious that they can't understand us as they always mess up our orders. And the staff seems to be not clean at all (untidy), and this is the major issue with everything. We won't be coming back here, this is just a warning for folks.
They got my order wrong 3x now. Ever since they switched their staff (majority are indians now) the service and quality went downhill. We witness from the drive thru that the same gloved hand (only one hand) that is prepping our food is the same hand that took our cash.
I have been coming here for a very long time.i loved coming here,everyone was so nice but I will never eat here again.the language barrier is insane you can't understand the workers.if you are going to have a business then people working there should understand you when you order something.i would rather take my business elsewhere.will not recommend to anyone

I'd like to know how they measure the toppings in their blizzards. I've been coming here for almost a year now and the past 2 months the blizzards have less and less topping.
I ask for a choco brownie extreme and ask for extra chocolate chips.... I get a chocolate frosty with barely anything in it, this has happened twice now.
Tonight i tell them they didn't add the extra topping and they said they did.
This blizzard barely has anything in it. I can get this plain chocolate frosty at wendys cheaper.
Next time I ask for one, if this happens again and they try to gaslight me to my face, I'll ask them for a refund, idc.
