I have never left a review for a fast food restaurant in my life.I have experienced sub par service twice in a row.They gave me 3 tenders out of a 4 piece and then when I asked for reimbursement the assistant manager gave me grief for not having a receipt.I returned because their blizzards are amazing but this time there is a hole in my cup dripping blizzard all over my cup holder and desk.SMH Y’all could have double cupped itI’m sticking to little road branch

I waited at the dtive through speaker, no one answered. So I pulled up to the window after waiting for 13mins in line and told me they were closed. Waisted my time. Won't come here again!

I ordered a fish sandwich which literally burned my tongue for the entire next day. I called Chris the manager on duty to request a replacement as the sandwich was good but scorched my tongue. He refused and began to attempt a disagreement. I avoided and chose to share my bad experience here. I just wanted a replacement as an effort to resolve my pain but I guess I’ll wait for my tongue to heal and email corporate. Not cool at all?

Went there at 9:10 and was told grill was down for the night, so basically you can't get food 1 hour before they close.

I showed up at 9pm when they close at 10pm and they proceeded to say they don’t serve food at this time? After I spent a couple seconds looking at the menu… that’s something you disclose as soon as someone comes to the drive thru, not after a few seconds of the person looking at the menu and saying to please wait so we could look lol. Could’ve saved us both some time!
