“I have to send a BIG shout out and THANK YOU to Grand Deli & Subs! They were true lifesavers today AND their sandwiches and salads were just AMAZING!!! They were so good, my brother who is a fussy eater said "that sandwich was amazing" So...here's a little recap of events....first calls to not one, but two Publix stores who basically said, sorry, not sorry we can't help you. Next call...Grand Deli & Subs, the owner, Jason answers and is so kind and helpful. He literally made two incredible sandwich platters in less than an hour and a half! Seriously, folks, that right there is some unbelievable customer service AND the platters were better than ANY sandwich platters I have ever gotten from the Publix deli! Plus the added bonus, they serve Thumanns! If you have not tried Grand Deli & Subs, please stop by and show them some love and grab delicious sandwich. “Went to Jersey Gurlz today .had a awesome Hot roast beef , provolone with grilled onions on toasted Sub ...AMAZING !!! Not only was I greeted kindly so was my puppy!! “This is our first time at Spring Hill location. We placed an online order a week in advance but we were told by staff that they are out of order at the time of arrival. We did not get any notification only to email to pick up an order at designated time. It would be better for the store to reserve the order for people who have ordered/paid/planned to pick up instead of selling to walk in customers.We were offered the whole turkey to replace our order at no extra charge. We accepted it. Just be mindful that online order does not guarantee that your food will be there.“
