Domino's Pizza

My order was delivered 20 minutes late. I accepted that. However, the 1 star is due to how I was talked to when I called to discuss how bad my pizza tasted. I explained it had a nasty, strange spice and tasted terrible. I wasnt asking for a refund. Just calling as an FYI. It would have been so easy to say I'm sorry, but no. The boy on the phone said they don't have anything that they would put on a pizza to make it taste bad. I've been ordering from here for quite awhile. It's my last time.

I stopped by today with a baby in the car so utilized the car side delivery. I guess that was not a good choice …. I’m not gonna leave a negative review because I know how it can impact a business .. but I feel really disappointed how rudely I was treated today. If I didn’t have a sleeping baby in the car I would have gladly picked up my order in person versus car side. Maybe hire additional staff so that one is not burdened with all of the work and orders. Please treat your customers better - you don’t know what kind of day people are having. I couldn’t even tip the man because he refused to make eye contact with me and didn’t give me so much as a chance to say thank you. A smile goes a long way. I hope your day gets better sir

I used to live near this Domino's, and it was the best! The staff were always friendly, the pizza was consistently delicious, and they often surprised me with free sauce. I really miss this place!

Pizza I ordered last night legit tasted disgusting, threw it in the trash cause I couldn’t bring myself to eat it. Your portions on salads needs to improve for $8. Hope you guys make some changes else I’ll be going elsewhere..

I ordered two deep dish pizzas and I requested for them to be well done but it appears that’s too complicated to accomplish considering the pizza was so undercooked it should’ve never left the kitchen. If I wanted a pizza that I had to cook myself I would’ve went and gotten one from the freezer section at Publix.

I have to say I've been SUPER impressed with a certain employee who NEVER disappoints but I don't know his name!!! ? I have a note in my delivery instructions to write a joke on the box. This employee goes above and beyond making sure our order is done to PERFECTION every single time AND takes a moment out of their busy time to write a little cute joke on our pizza box. It honestly makes my whole month! And I even saw him face to face and he said he enjoys doing it. It means more than you'll ever know! My girls absolutely LOVE Domino's Pizza night because of this man. When there's a joke on the box we know everything is made perfectly. When there isn't there usually is some type of problem with our order. Whether it be the pie not cut right? Or topping missing or something like that. But when there's a joke, we always know that this man makes sure everything is perfect, including the jokes! As long as this man keeps working for you guys, we will always be a loyal customer. Not just for the comic relief but for the accuracy. And the timely manner the order reaches us. You need to promote this man and give him a raise! I don't know him personally. I'm not someone who usually gives props to just random people. If this were simply about jokes, I wouldn't suggest a raise or promotion. It's every single time without fail. When we get this joke. Everything about our order is perfection . Y'all need to give me his name so I can thank him personally. And if he's going to deliver the pizza himself, I will give him an extra tip on top of what he's already getting when I tip through the app. When I tip through the app. You better do everything you can as a company to support this man and make sure that he stays where he's at because you need a thousand more workers like this! Kind, considerate, accurate, diligent and pays extreme attention to detail. I could use a little more spinach on my chicken, bacon, spinach pizza (joking but secretly not joking).

I Ordered online and one pizza was wrong. I called the store to see what we could do they said give us a second and put us on hold then the phone was hung up. At first I thought it was an accident but then called back and was repeatedly hung up on after.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!! worst experience ordering food. Ordered 12:56pm and it’s now 3:26pm and still haven’t received my food. Manager here is absolutely terrible and so unprofessional. He lies and tells you the driver is on his way but still not here after calling twice! Would never order from here again! Will be calling corporate as well. What pizza place takes over an hour and a half to deliver mid day?! What a joke!!! I’m sure our pizza will be ice cold when we get it too!

They said it was a glitch in the system which is ok then at least make sure pizza is fresh and delivered as prompt as possible. The guy on phone said i dont know what is going on the way here 8 miles of who knows what but there are 3 lanes on 52 all the way now. I waited one hr and half for the order and it came cold the pizza and the bread was not warm and no cheese inside of it.
