I ordered a decaf mocha latte with oat milk and got a REGULAR coffee with French vanilla and milk. I drove 20 minutes round trip didn’t get an apology. I told them I wanted a refund and my right order. They said they couldn’t. I said you need to compensate me for my gas to come back because of your mistake. Manager said she couldn’t do it. While waiting for my correct coffee I watched the person who was making hot food put food in his mouth and the with the same gloved hands make up orders. Disgusting
Don't waste your time going here! Rude and incompetent people work here. We pulled in and were greeted by a miserable looking girl standing on the side of the building taking orders. We wanted to see a menu and she didn't have one, so she told us to pull forward, stating that she would inform the people inside that we were moving up. At the menu, we tried asking to order and had a rude girl respond "Are you trying to order? There's a girl out there taking orders. You order there." We explained that she in fact told us we could come up to order as there was no other way for us to see a menu (maybe she should have one to show customers???). The rude girl responded that "Next time, you need to order with her " but she did not offer to take our order then. We explained again that we were told we could pull up as a customer should be able to see the menu before ordering and got no response. At that point we were so fed up we did not want our money supporting a business like this so we left. I would never return or recommend this business.

You ask for yur breakfast sandwiche toasted it comes back raw you show the girl at the window that it wasn't toasted you tell her that there lazy instead of the Manger trying to help the situation she started yelling at me don't go there totally unprofessional that's why they work there because they can't do anything else it really a shame that no one cares about there work performance

As a manager at another Dunkin, I give this location a 1 for terrible customer service. I want make note that they messed up my order and I had to drive 15 minutes since this is the closet location to me. They did not apologize for the inconvenience and did not offer to rectify their mistake and even tried to charge me extra for an extra piece of sausage that should have been given to the customer for the inconvenience. The right thing would have been to just give a the extra to the customer at no charge for their mistake and inconvenience. This location needs to retrain their employees. But then again I am not surprised since these types of jobs have a high turn over rate for incompetent workers.

Why would you have someone take orders completely away from the menu? The assumption that people know what is on the menu is absolutely ridiculous. Then when you pull up to the menu because you asked to see it, no one takes your order. How does this business model make any sense? The people who work here are very nice, but the people managing it and who own it that made these decisions are idiots. Use your brain.

What happened to this place. Why can’t they get any orders right. When you let them know you’re met with hostility and rude behavior. What is that?! I came to this one because they used to be the only ones who could make a cafe’ con leche correctly… now it’s a gamble, have no idea what sandwich I’m getting or drink. And I absolutely will NOT be paying twice for you’re mistake. Just a heads up… with no customers, there’s no business. Which means no job. Get it together.

Energy here sucks and it’s a shame first thing in the morning you’re met with that. If they mess up your order you will have to drive around again reorder and repay. What a joke. I’m sorry but do better. Cmon now.

What's the point of having a drive through if you're gonna have somebody standing outside taking your order before you get to the drive through. Management trying to manipulate drive through times, customers be damned.

I always make my coffee at home but being it’s that time of the year I decided to treat myself to a PSL. It tasted delicious btw. It wasn’t a few hours later I had violent stomach issues that are continuing on the following day. I 100% can confirm my upset stomach is not from the protein bar I always eat or the triple filtered water I drink daily. If I had to guess, the equipment used to make my drink was contaminated with bacteria. I feel so sick. I will never grab a coffee from here again.
