If I wanted to pay $5-6 per coffee PLUS a tip, I would go get better coffee. There is no reason the customer should be responsible for supplementing your employees wages when the prices are already ridiculous and the product sucks. I’m going to start going to Wawas because at least there my $5 coffee will have coffee in it and not just be half melted frozen chocolate milk. The audacity to ask for tips to keep your employees instead of paying them a livable wage and treating them with basic dignity is shameful. Your greed disgusts me. This company deserves to fail if things are so bad you need to shoulder more responsibility onto the customer. I’m also tired of the employees being stuck in there with 1-2 staff and a line around the building. This place makes a killing so there’s no excuse that you somehow cannot afford more employees instead of making 1 do the job of 3.

Manager is extremely disrespectful and rude to customers, wait times are ridiculous, food was cold and stale , terrible location, they need to find someone to manage this store properly.

The manager likes to involve herself on protecting drunk drivers, eyewitness a car in front of me throwing a Mike's hard lemonade out his window as if my neighborhood is his personal trash can. After confronting him he admitted his wrongdoings, but the manager decided to come out the back door and yell at me I told her what happened and she did not care, she just wanted her driveway cleared because I pulled in front of the litterbug who is drunk. She she said she would call the cops I told her to go ahead and then she told me that she would knock me out!!
Really good de-escalation technique.
Maybe if you would stop and listen to what's going on you would understand that you have a seriously drunk driver in your line that you're trying to make money off of but that's no concern to dunkin' donuts. I'm sorry I value safety over money. And you ma'am are a disrespectful person. Never would have thought within 10 seconds you would want to beat my face in. And this is a place I go to every other day to get my Frozen coffees.
not anymore I will make sure it's my mission to make this well-known. Don't stick up for the right thing around dunkin' donuts they just want to make money, if you get in their way they will threaten to punch you in the face.
And call the cops on you.

every time I order an iced coffee it’s water down and my ice is half melted. I’d rather go out of my way to go to the other Dunkin

The DD manager, Ms. Deborah (62684), did a phenomenal job by supplying me with amenties that another DD did not supply me with for a Habitat for Humanity event. She quickly had giving me the necessary items I needed to support over 200 people. I was willing to pay for her services but she told me to carryon and give the people what they need to enjoy their morning. I am happy to know there are people like Ms. Deborah that are willing to support a cause for the people. I am in her debt. Thank you Ms. Deborah for being the person you are.

I ask for 12 sugars and get 1, also they put a splash of cold foam on top. Can't even taste it. Im already late for an appointment so I ask, can I come back later and you remake it. So I'm supposed to drive around with an old coffee in my car all day. I work at wawa and if we mess a drink up we remake it. No questions asked, even if the person had to come in the next day. It's a sanitary issue to take any food or drink back into the restaurant. That's a health code violation, Cross contamination. That's how people get sick! Very disappointed in thier handling of this situation! I hope the actual gm reaches out to fix this situation. Sorry I'm not having a old coffee in my car all day. I drive clients around. Not very professional!

Walked in to get a Dozen Donuts, and some munchkins. i stood at the counter for 5 minutes staring at the two employees working the Drive thru. once they finally saw a customer one of them came to help me. now, i dont know if this guy was having a bad day or just hates his job, but i felt personally i should have drove the extra 5 minutes to the port richey dunkin. they make you feel so unwelcomed and all of their Donuts and munchkins are STALE. taste like they have been on the shelf a few days, as opposed to the port richey Dunkin where their food taste fresh no matter the time of day.. i would like a Manager to reach out to me about my visit or atleast try to resolve my wasted money on STALE FOOD

They prioritize the drive through over mobile orders . There is no reason we should have waited 20 mins for a mobile order that we placed before arriving to the store . Yay they did 5 seconds per car while those of us that planned in advance get to be late to work . Absolutely trash behavior from the worker .
Stopped at 6AM for breakfast. Please explain how you have stale donuts that early. Also, the chicken breakfast sandwich I got resembled a 4 year old's greasy playdohs creation. So disappointed.
