I quit going to Dunkin because my machiatto is usually only 1/2 to 2/3 full and lukewarm at best. I decided to try this one today. They didn't know what a "skinny" machiatto is, thought it meant hot. They didn't know it means skim milk. The first one was barely warm and half full. The second was only 2/3 full and lukewarm. This is a problem at every dunkin. I don't know if they have machines set that shut off too early, or staff training, or part of downsizing. I'm sick of paying for a large and getting a barely warm medium or small. If this was once in a while I can understand. It is everytime. Starbucks is further away but at least they're always consistent, hot and full.

Not surprised how many people left a poor review. I will no longer come here due to poor costumer service. Even with new owners the old staff is still here so busses is very unprofessional. Shift manager shouldn't be dealing with costumers since she is unable to address issues properly.

I love my Dunkin coffee, unfortunately this Duncan in my area is by far the worst of them all. The people working there are all right, most of the time I am thanking them and they just stare at me after I thank them for handing me my items. But that's not even the worst part, 99.9% of the time I have to hand my coffee back for them to make it the correct way. I get a frozen coffee with butter pecan and cold foam on top, so it's over $5 for my coffee every time, that adds up quickly. I My soft worked for Dunkin back when I was 18, it really really really wasn't that hard to make coffee and some food. I wish the employees took their job a little more seriously... They seem to have a whole new crew, I'm going to say a year ago they had some good people working there.

To me, donuts are donuts, but I want to give a shout out to the young man at the front counter on Saturday afternoon 1/27/24. He was very helpful, patient, and understanding while my non-verbal grandson picked out his donuts and even gave him a little box of his own to carry out. That experience alone made those the best donuts he's ever had.

During my first visit to this location for coffee, I encountered a challenging situation. I observed a woman, who appeared to be the manager, behaving in an unprofessional and confrontational manner towards me. She had blonde hair and noticeable tattoos. Her demeanor and attitude gave me an uncomfortable impression, and I felt it was not in line with the welcoming atmosphere typically expected in customer service environments. This was particularly disconcerting as her behavior seemed excessively aggressive, almost reminiscent of extreme groups, which was quite off-putting.Despite this, I noted that the other staff members were quite pleasant. However, the negative interaction with the manager significantly impacted my experience. It occurred when I was simply trying to scan my code to earn loyalty points.Additionally, the service process was inefficient. I was asked to park on the side to receive my coffee, and there were issues with the handling of my payment card, further contributing to a disappointing service experience. Given these circumstances, I am hesitant to return to this location, as the encounter with the manager and the overall service did not meet my expectations for a positive customer experience.??????

i get the same order everytime i come and it generally always tastes the same, employees seem to be doing good now. in the past this dunkin was one of the worst but i come here regularly for the past few months with no problems. i also love seeing the random roosters and cats that live in the area lol

Every time I order Uber eats from this location, the coffee always taste burnt the order is never right and I always have to get my money back. Waste of my time.

The employees are excellent, very kind, I had a problem with a duplicate order on the app, the manager was so rude and a woman who is probably the manager, she is a rude person, I have never seen someone speak so rudely to the employees. I know people can have bad days, but it really made my stomach turn. I got sad.
