We went here on 12/14. There was a mascot outside to take pictures with kids. I ordered an iced latte. The drink was started with the milk and ice when the manager had the staff go outside and take a picture with the mascot. I never received my order because the ticket was already pulled and the cup was sitting uncovered while they left the building to take a picture. I’ve been to this location many times and it was never this dirty in the dining area or behind the counter. Very dissatisfied with this location.
