We went here on 12/14. There was a mascot outside to take pictures with kids. I ordered an iced latte. The drink was started with the milk and ice when the manager had the staff go outside and take a picture with the mascot. I never received my order because the ticket was already pulled and the cup was sitting uncovered while they left the building to take a picture. I’ve been to this location many times and it was never this dirty in the dining area or behind the counter. Very dissatisfied with this location.

I ordered a Wake-Up wrap I askedto be cooked lightly when I got my wrap it was burnt and well done ever since they got the new oven it's been that way I drive out of my way to different Duncan because they don't burn them I eat wraps3-4 times a week for many years
