Delicious with a wide variety of flavors. But the only downside is that it is extremely popular, so the line is extremely long. The line came from inside the building to the parking lot.
I got one of the brownie sundaes and it had some of the best brownies I've ever tasted. The ice cream is super thick and creamy too, also some of the best I've ever had.
Both the inside and outside of the place were extremely well cleaned and the staff were all very friendly and helpful.

My granddaughter was visiting from out of town, and her grandpa and I wanted to find a nice, cozy, friendly, and warming place to make it "our special place." Well.. we did we love the place the staff is very friendly, the shakes and ice cream are delicious. We went 5 times and we made beautiful memories. If you're in the area, you have to stop by. My daughter loved the cotton candy (under 4 yrs old), and I loved the banana split. Grandpa, well, he loved everything.
