Hidden in an industrial area of Hudson, this food was fantastic. Got the eggplant Parmesan, crab bisque, spaghetti and meatballs, and fresh focaccia bread. The service was a bit slow, but to be fair it was extremely crowded and the chef makes everything to order. Definitely worth the wait and although food was slow to come out, our server was super nice and funny. We'll definitely be back, close to the house and fantastic food with servers that make you feel like a friend.

Awesome food. Seafood chowder was the bomb. Large delicious portions. Chicken Parmesan sandwich was great. May buddy had the ribeye sandwich, he said was great. We went in for lunch but will be back for dinner. The long room and low ceiling made for a super loud reverberating group table squawk-fest in the other room. Waitresses were great.

Absolutely disappointing! Our server seemed completely uninterested in her job. Service was slow. We were never offered refills. She did not smile, barely spoke, and when she did, we could barely hear her. Had to ask to get our check so we could leave. Both of our meals were terrible! We had blackened salmon with fettuccine Alfredo and lasagna. The fettuccine was way undercooked. It was served looking all dried out with barely any sauce. Sauce was blah at best. The salmon was decent but not great. The lasagna was terrible. Bit into something super hard that we never identified. Strange flavor in the sauce that was not pleasant. Altogether, the experience was unpleasant. We sat in a corner in the main dining room, which wasn't even half full, and we could not even have a comfortable conversation due to the noise level. Very disappointing for a meal that cost in excess of $50 for 2 people.

Food was great but they no longer honor their military/veterans with a discount.

It's some of the worst food I've ever had at a sit-down restaurant. 5 of the people in my group agreed we will avoid this place in the future. Microwaved bland slop on a plate. Waitress was completely clueless.

Where do I start, first 2 items we tried to order were out if, when we finally got service to reorder, it took 1 1/2 hours to get our meals. My wifes meal was cooked properly and good, my meal on the other hand was not properly cooked, raw spaghetti with the meal, my salad was served after i received my main meal. Ordered 2 drinks with no ice, received both with full glass of ice, I would NOT recommend this restaurant!!!

Decided to try this newer restaurant for lunch as I pass by it almost every day and the parking lot is usually packed. Admittedly, the restaurant is not much to look at from the outside however, the food is absolutely delicious. I had the cannelloni with ricotta and spinach filling and was surprised at how good it was. I have never cared for Italian food in restaurants, as I was spoiled by my grandmother’s (who was from Italy) and my mother’s cooking. So it surprised me that it was that good. Also had the fried calamari which were rings and tentacles and was equally good. Got mini cannoli’s for home but still too full to try them yet. My niece had the salmon on fettuccine Alfredo, and said it was excellent. My nephew had a hamburger and fries and ate every morsel. The servings were large. Will definitely be back.Wheelchair accessibility: My late husband was in a wheelchair (electric) and would have had no difficulty accessing this establishment.

I was there Sunday night, and I ordered the wings and for my entrée chicken cutlet. The two sides that I ordered was mashed potatoes which I wanted gravy with and also a salad. And everything came at the same time.... really . I ended up taking my wings and my salad home because I didn't want my meal to get cold. The cork of the whole thing when I got the bill is they charged me $1.50 for the gravy. I thought it was one of those things that when you order mashed potatoes, you get gravy and you don't pay extra. . That waitress never paid any attention to me. I don't know if I'll ever go back.

Amazing food tucked back off Us Hwy 19. Fried grilled cheese, wings, burger and sandwiches all amazing- as well as their French fries. Worth the trip and will be back.

Exterior is deceiving, as is the interior. Looks like a basic back road bar and grill. However; the food and service are both exceptional.

Hudsons Grill is a hidden gem! Food was first class, pasta made in house, everything perfectly cooked. Will be back! Johnnie was a great server!
