Last time I ordered it took over an hour and the sandwich I ordered with the pizza was missing. The time before that the salad I ordered with the pizza was missing. This store is an absolute joke and is definitely to be avoided. Do yourself a favor and make your own pizza because only garbage pizzas are delivered these days.

I’m not sure if this store is under new management or not but their pizza has gone from about 2.5 stars to solid 5!!! Absolutely awesome!! We have ordered last Friday and again today and this is going to be our weekly treat!!

Ordered pizzas and had an emergency, was unable to pick them up but was harrassed by multiple workers there. This place is classless and the workers deserved to be fired. I recieved nasty texts from the staff. Fire them and I am filing a report for harassment.

I got a mail in” coupon” ,called in an order ,everything went smooth pizza was great cheese bread was good 👍 will order again ! Younger adults seems to be the issue everyone has ,my order was taken and delivered and assuming made to perfection by one ☝️ and they did fabulous
$27 total, ! 1 large 1 top ,cheese bread ,cin sticks And sauces !

Idk what all the bad reviews are about , My experience has been great , looks and taste great ! Got a mail in and orders the same day over dominos, Got the 19.99 deal pizza topping ,cheese sticks (amazing) and con sticks , came with sauces , total with delivery 27 plus tip to driver ,not bad !
Everything went great and this is my first and order , use to use mamma Mia’s but very inconsistent I’ll be ordering quite often from here on out !
I placed the order online for pickup. I get to the restaurant at 10:00 claims they don't close till 11:00 when I pull in the parking lot everybody leaves. There was weed smoking in the parking lot. The store is shut down. I spent my last $10. Believe it or not to try to feed my family and now it's tied up in their system and I asked the guys why they closed early. They just ignored me and sped out of the parking lot. Worst experience ever. I'm glad my family can go hungry. A simple credit's not going to do it. I'll make sure people know about the service from this. Marcos, it's horrible. Literally stood in the parking lot and watch them. Ignore me when I talk to them

The pizza is awesome, and you can't beat the price. Large 1 topping for $10. They are always having specials. My wife usually calls it in and it's always done when I get there and it's still hot when I get home.

UPDATE: [Marco's Pizza replied to this review and directed me to go to the site provided. When I did so, the site took my information up to the point of choosing the store location. After multiple attempts, I abandoned the site because it would not allow me to choose the Hudson store. I really regret this because I have always enjoyed Marcos; however, there seems to be some ongoing issues with this establishment.] Horrible service. Was hung up on three times while being force fed by a continuous loop of "cauliflower crust"to the point of ad nauseum. Waited nearly 30 minutes to place an order that never materialized. I usually enjoy my Marco's experience, but tonight was horrible. May need to find another go-to pizzeria.

I ordered pizza for delivery it took 2 hours even though website said it would take 30 minutes then I got a confirmation email an hour and 15 minutes after I ordered saying the food was in route it took over 55 minutes to get to my house finally and by the time it got to my house it was bone cold I called Marcos at about an hour and 40 minutes into waiting and she said that the app was malfunctioning and come to find out that the app was probably correct they were just so far behind that they didn't adjust it and now my food is cold I spend $47 for cold food
