Visited this location with my grandchildren they got happy meals after we sat down they noticed right away they only got 1 toy each and pointed out to me there were posters up that you get an extra to to give away when I asked cashier about it he said he would check it out when he returned he told us he checked with manager and was told that promo expired it was not his fault so I let it go. I don't know why the manager did not come apologize and explain ( I guess they couldn't be bothered) so I called the number on receipt and left a message it was Sunday so I waited and no call back so on Wednesday I called again and this time got a call back she acted like we should have known it was over no dates on poster offered coupons which I refused as I will never go to another McDonald's but she didn't seem to grasp the kids were upset as they can read and pointed it out in the first place. I will not be going to McDonald's ever again.

Only place in town to get a Big Mac. Service is decent. Lets face it, it's a McD. Not going to get good service. I have to come in. Every time we order delivery something is missing. Ordered pancakes, with sausage & egg. They left off the pancakes. Again, service isn't the way here.

The latte is the worst latte I’ve ever had at a McDonald’s, I personally order the caramel one and they never put enough caramel on it so that it has the Caramel flavor, Besides that when you ask them to put caramel they make you pay an extra amount for it, this is something ridiculous.

This McDonald's is a lot better than the others however the young kid at the counter could have been more professional. His demeanor is why the score is low must've been having a bad day. A young kid accidentally knocked the drink off the counter where you pay and it took the young employee 22 minutes before he cleaned it up. This was after a female called his name other than that it's a good McDonald's.

This McDonalds actually sucks sucks. I used to work fast food so Im aware as to how stressful it can be, I ordered 2 cheeseburgers, no onion, no mustard, extra pickles. I recieved my sandwiches, both had onion, and not many pickles, so I politely asked the employees to remake it for me, and I acknowleged its just a simple mistake and It happens, so they remade it, and still had onions so I gave up. I aint coming back to this location, and anyone else unsure of if they should come to this location, just dont.

The drive thru menu was smashed so you couldn't read a thing on it. They were out of sprite. They were out of ranch without telling us & put sweet & sour sauce. Then they were out of receipt paper. They were struggling.

The customer service was horrible, employees were extremely hostile, one of my friends ordered a milkshake and the shake was very chucky, and my other friend had uncooked nuggets. All in all I do not recommend eating here. Another experience I had here with my friend is that they gave his food away to someone else and refused to remake the meal.

My son & I went there for breakfast. It took about 5 minutes for anyone to come to the counter to take our order. 1 female employee was outside smoking a cigarette while a male employee was standing at the door talking to her. When the man came in, he yelled for someone in the back to come take our order. When we got the order, they didn't give us the orange juice we ordered... it took another 5 minutes for them to get it.

I went in to order a quarter pounder and told them I just want ketchup and cheese only on it I get back home and find out it the wrong order. I go back and tell them I get a new one I look at it before I leave and it's still wrong so I tell them again and get a new one, again and it's still wrong. I am never coming here again and I recommend anyone else to go somewhere else.
