Around 7:15 PM 1/25/26 I came through the drive-through and ordered a large sweet tea and large fries. I ordered the fries cooked to order meaning fresh. I was willing to wait the 23 minutes for them to make them fresh by the time I got to the second window. They were already handing out the fries. Something told me to try the fries, they were hot but hard and dry like they had just dropped them back in the fryer to heat them up when I proceeded to ask for them to be remade the guy at the second window said you got your drink. You got your fries and proceeded to shoot me away, so I went inside and talked to the girl at the front counter, who then proceeded to argue with me and tell me that they were made fresh when they were not so I asked for a refund and she gave me a refund but terrible service

I just left the drive through with my order and all my food was cold and they didn't even give me the chicken sandwich I ordered. This is the second time they have messed up my order and gave me cold and or the wrong food. I will never come back here.

We used to really like this location they had the best nuggets. The last 6 times we’ve been here it’s been awful. Mushy chicken nuggets, wrong orders, no sauces, wrong sauces. The person working the first window is usually always on their phone, most of the time can’t even be bothered to look up at you just swings the card reader out the window. But we kept trying. This last time was it for me. I ordered two cheeseburgers and a sweet tea. The tea was warm with no ice whatsoever and had enough sugar to kill a cow but somehow still tasted expired. The burgers were made with rock hard stale buns and the cheese had a film. Disgusting. I had to throw the food away. In this economy having to waste food like that could be detrimental to someone. I understand the employees make minimum wage and they likely will not care about my review or the others I’ve seen but you are handling people’s food. DO BETTER.

Food was cold and I felt like crap after having a bacon, egg and cheese biscuit with a hash brown and orange juice I am never going back to McDonald's it not worth it.Price is to high for the quality of food they serve.

Went this morning for breakfast for my family. Ordered a small vanilla iced coffee, med caramel iced coffee, and two small orange juices with my order. Both coffees came out small with no flavor. Orange juices tasted and looked like water with a little orange flavor in it. Guy at the window (grown man, not a teenager) proceeded to hand me all four drinks, no cup holder, when I’m clearly the only person in the car. Didn’t have anyone at pay window, yelled at me to come to the next window (put up a sign or don’t tell people to pull to the first window when you’re done taking their order.) I’ve managed and worked at McDonalds in previous years, not sure why yall can’t get an order correct when I was the only customer you had at the time. Management, do better.

Worst drive thru experience ever was given a chocolate milkshake with no whipped cream in place of frappe after it being confirmed it was a frappe, my fries were cold and the ordwr tasted horrible.

Terrible terrible service they never have anything when I go there and I have been there 5 times everytime it's always something !! This last time I went I only ordered coffee and a pie and I like a lot of sugar with my coffee the lady was so rude and then tells me they ran out of sugar plus the kids were cold !! I tried giving this McDonald's a lot of tries and each time it's always something !! This was the final straw!!! I will no longer return to this location NEVER!!!!!!

Visited this location with my grandchildren they got happy meals after we sat down they noticed right away they only got 1 toy each and pointed out to me there were posters up that you get an extra to to give away when I asked cashier about it he said he would check it out when he returned he told us he checked with manager and was told that promo expired it was not his fault so I let it go. I don't know why the manager did not come apologize and explain ( I guess they couldn't be bothered) so I called the number on receipt and left a message it was Sunday so I waited and no call back so on Wednesday I called again and this time got a call back she acted like we should have known it was over no dates on poster offered coupons which I refused as I will never go to another McDonald's but she didn't seem to grasp the kids were upset as they can read and pointed it out in the first place. I will not be going to McDonald's ever again.

Only place in town to get a Big Mac. Service is decent. Lets face it, it's a McD. Not going to get good service. I have to come in. Every time we order delivery something is missing. Ordered pancakes, with sausage & egg. They left off the pancakes. Again, service isn't the way here.

The latte is the worst latte I’ve ever had at a McDonald’s, I personally order the caramel one and they never put enough caramel on it so that it has the Caramel flavor, Besides that when you ask them to put caramel they make you pay an extra amount for it, this is something ridiculous.
