Just spent almost $30 on 2 nugget meals and a McFlurry. Fries dark brown and slightly warm. Nuggets tore apart like leather… McFlurry only filled 3 quarters of the way full. I applaud the guy in the 1st window for great multitasking. The other window: Just take your stuff and I will give you absolutely no confirmation I gave you the complete order…. “Cool guess I’ll have a nice day to….”

Worst late night service ever. I ordered a 40 piece nuggets and 2 large fries. The nuggets came with 9 in each box and there was honey all over one of the 9 piece box. The fries were soggy. The only time you get good service is when the general manager is in. Never going here again. People I suggest you go to a different McDonald's. This one sucks.

Drove through the drive thru, ordered a chicken sandwich original meal. My soda tasted like petroleum, and my Chicken sandwich was burnt looking yet ice cold and soggy. Special thanks to the manager Kris. There was an aggressive women who threaten me in the drive thru. She attempted to box me in with her car while cursing at me and threatened me. The manager ran out and told her to leave and called the police for me. I seriously was not expecting anyone to intervene on my behalf because the situation escalated so quickly and the women was clearly acting crazy. The manager is a hero!! If he didn't come out and tell her he called the cops I fear what she would of done. She was brazen and out of control. You're a true hero!! Thank you for being you!!!

I used the McDonald's app to place and pay for a inside order pickup due to the drive thru closure at 3:59 AM. I arrive and found all 3 entrances locked, no curbside pickup, and no drive thru service. I call the store before leaving the parking lot. Yes, they are closed ... totally. I demand and refund. Their response, you have to return later for a refund.No respect for their customers.On a prior occasion, I used their app to place a drive thru order that included an iced coffee with a double shot of espresso (due to their iced coffee tasting more like coffee flavored water). When I'm at the drive thru, they infor me they don't have the espresso. I said just refund the $5 to my credit card. Their response???? Yes, we'll refund it to your card. Did they refund my card?!?! I wouldn't be commenting here if I did, in fact, receive a refund.

Everything was fine with the frappe and the McChicken but I had to remove the breading that covered them from all the chicken nuggets. They were for my 16 month old boy and they were like old and very hard. Please, on other occasions children have Choking on that. They have to serve them fresh. You are paying for something that you hope to be able to enjoy and not end up in a hospital. Chicken nuggets have to be fresh because that crust gets very hard.
