How is it at 7am the bathrooms are completely a mess, the sink doesn't work, and not a single soap station in the entire building has any soap/sanitizer? How are the employees washing their hands when they come back from the bathroom?

i walked in with low expectations, but walked out a happy customer. I had a decent order had to run half of it to the car and the cashier had the rest of it at the door for me, with the drive through being busy my order was done with in a reasonable time. I expected 20 to 30 min wait and was done with in 5-10mins

Terrible service at the drive-thru. The staff was extremely rude and unprofessional. Instead of providing basic customer service, they were short, dismissive, and acted being accommodating isn't a part of their job.
If this is how they treat customers, I won’t be returning to this location. Management really needs to address the attitude of the drive-thru staff because it leaves a very negative impression.

Asked for no one else it even says no onions on the box but yet there’s still onions on the burger open it up. The burger is broken in like four different pieces. This isn’t the first time this has happened. If that doesn’t happen they forget stuff all together.

This has to be one of the worst McDonald’s. Everytime we go to this McDonald’s we are waiting over 20 min. Order is almost always wrong. Got pulled to a parking spot for 15 min once for a coffee. They need all new staff or just be shut down.

First off, I ordered via mobile order so it would be ready and I could be on my way.... We'll travel back to that statement in a moment. Second the 1st drive through was down, I figured it out after they kept taking the orders of cars next to me and not mine. Third, when I finally did get to tell them my order they parked me. Parked me for over ten minutes. My ice has melted in my drinks while waiting so now my drinks are watered down and my food was cold. This location is horrible and I don't expect much from fast food but come on. Get it together. I miss when Alex worked here and everything flowed smoothly. Yall lost a real winner.

I walked in after placing my mobile order, for 1 cup of coffee. I originally ordered for drive thru pick up, but decided to walk in to get my coffee. The very sweet young woman at the counter said I couldn't get my coffee and I'd have to go back out and use the drive thru I asked for the manager, who never once acknowledged me or looked at me; she just asked the young woman for the order number and I gave her the number. Everyone ignored me and eventually the sweet young woman brought me my coffee. Im reason sure why handing me a cup of coffee over the counter instead of thru the drive thru windows was an issue to anyone. Ridiculous and very poor customer service.

Never had an issue with the food so far but I LOVE McDonald's sprite (I call it spicy sprite 😅) but every time I order any drinks, it tastes like mildew and is extremely gross. I've gone a couple different times and all have had the same taste so I've had to throw it out
