Never had an issue with the food so far but I LOVE McDonald's sprite (I call it spicy sprite 😅) but every time I order any drinks, it tastes like mildew and is extremely gross. I've gone a couple different times and all have had the same taste so I've had to throw it out

Everytime I've gone to this one, they are either out of something or some other issue. Today it was EXTREMELY slow service! Waited 5 min just to order with 1 car in front of us. Not going back again!

Whenever I’m in McDonald’s drive thru for 20 minutes I’m automatically pissed my order only contained regular meat and nuggets they don’t even take 20 minutes to make not even close and I’m still here been here since 10:30 its not 10:50 we were parked for 15 minutes now we have to go in to get our order and wait even longer in the inside I will never come back to this McDonald’s.an update it is now 10:58 everyone acted completely clueless about the parked car ! What did you serve it off before we were served just dumb needed our receipt to even get our order ready what a joke

Last night I went to this McDonald's to buy food with my family after a long and tedious trip before arriving at our house and the employee Alex was rude, racist and ill-mannered with my daughter and me, he discriminated against us for being Dominican, we spoke perfect English and she didn't make him repeat things several times and then he laughed, to such a degree that my husband got so upset that he lowered the glass and yelled at him because it was too much! And then the employee started speaking Spanish to us and laughing. These things shouldn't happen, we are Latinos and no one has the right to discriminate against us, my daughter is frustrated and says: Mommy, but I speak English well" I answered her... The problem is not you my love, but him. We went to the next window and a very nice lady gave us the food and I asked for the employee's name, she gave it to me and we left. What an unpleasant moment! I hope McDonald's reviews their security cameras and takes action on this matter so that this doesn't happen to anyone else.

I'll be honest I haven't been to McDonald's in a while but I did one day to go buy a Big Mac well let me tell you the Big Macs they made them smaller and thinner and of course the price is higher I won't be eating fast food that much anymore it's getting too expensive

Waited close to 15 minutes for a large 10 piece meal. When I received meal no sauce was in the bag even though I selected it on the order. No one was available at the counter for ordering and it still took this long for 3 items. Food was warm but not scorching hot like they were waiting on it. As soon as orders popped up on the screen they’d bump it and put the sticker on the counter. I saw two people who had wrong orders just in the span of me waiting for my food.

Worst mcDs experience! Girl taking order in inside lane was napping or something. Had one car in front of us 9 cars go through the outside line. I thought maybe something was wrong with our intercom but no, she was just extremely slow, 25 mins with only 1 car in front of us..then when I gave my code, she used it, but incorrectly because she told me I needed to give her another one because that one 'disappeared'. I can't give her another code because the app didn't allow it... total of 40 minutes and we're finally at the front window and they tell us we have to park the car... I don't think I've ever spent an hour in a McDonald's drive-thru line but that's exactly what happened . And there was no way to leave the line early smh

This place sucks waited at the counter for 5 minutes to get a refill soda machines were unplugged and off The atmosphere was like it was 5 days away from closing down The workers just a product of their environment bad pay McDonald's corporate you need to do better
