Hire teenagers get teenager problems like there boyfriends playing games in the drive threw while there busy holding up the line after cutting the cars off that are waiting for there food. The girl helping me worked around it but still shouldn't be happening.

All I will say is the lady at the drive through is absolutely horrible , she wouldn't give me corperates number , nor her name ,. I ended up getting money back and refund an 90$ order she only gave me half my mo ey back then told me to park for my change , was told corporate won't do anything anyways if I tell them anything. And unfortunately she's right because I got the number from Notger mcdonalds and nothing ever happened no response no email not phone call NOTHING , so your employee MANAGER knows they can get away with treating customers like crap and you as corporate DO NOTHING!!!!!

I received the incorrect items in my mobile order. I do not like McDonald's chicken. I refuse to eat it. So I paid for items for no reason. And of course there is no section on the app to get my money back! Very sad when simply matching numbers is not an achievable task!

Restrooms had no soap (both of them). Water at the sink didn’t work in the men’s room so no way staff could have been handwashing appropriately. We were ignored at the register for over 5 minutes while staff rushed around with drive through orders. The order kiosks were not working. This location needs help. We won’t go back. We have this place 3 chances and they had cleanliness and service issues each time. Enough is enough.

January 7th, from 7:30-8:30 I was here picking up a mobile order, started off terrible when they took 3 other cars orders while I sat at the first drive thru, I pulled up to the window and showed tht I had a mobile order and they pull me up to the 2nd window, 6 cars later my food comes out and I ask to speak to a manager, a younger bigger girl came to window asking to relay a message to the manager and I told her I need to speak to manager again, she said why can’t you tell me, I began to tell her tht I need to speak to the manager and she cursed at me and slammed the window in my face, I pulled up in front and had to walk inside to talk to this manager, summer the manager was very respectful and I understood that they can be busy but the way the other girl was acting is terrible and disrespectful, I was furious couldn’t do anything about it, so I had to come to google just to leave this review , this McDonald’s is terrible

Ordered on the app at 6pm i have screenshots they canceled our order we lost points then we went in line and ordered anyways got nothing but additude practically threw our bag of food at us and then slam the door y'all got some holiday spirit like I mean you guys think you get busy how about you try some of these wawas that be putting in way more effort than y'all Canton with a full staff we then had to go back around because they didn't hear us when we ordered a large fry so we had to go order a large fry and then for a large fry we had to wait 20 minutes while they're sitting on the counter laughing and chit-chatting so we honked the horn turn off all of the store lights and then they finally came to the window and said large fry with attitude of course we said yes and then she tossed out the bag this is probably the worst experience I've ever had at a McDonald's
