Tried to order a pizza from my local Papa Johns. When I finally got through it was to a call center where I was informed they had no store that serviced my area. I am 5 miles from the intersection of 52 & Little rd, the pizza chain across 52 delivers to my address as well as another 1.5 further away. I asked to speak to a manager, the kid that answered the phone couldn't even put my address in the system, after the forth attempt of spelling out the 4 letters of my road name I gave up. If he can't even type my address in it's doubtful he will get my order right....I'm not one that typically writes these reviews but the corporate website was not working either. I used to enjoy Papa Johns pizza it's a shame I can't order anymore.

They are skimping on the pepperchini, I got one tiny deflated one in my box. I got a medium pizza and paid almost $20 for a carry out at best it should have been $10!

Order a large pizza waited over 25mi to pick it up they said they never got the order went back on July 21st paid for a pizza and then they came back and told me I would have to pay for it again it did not go through they had a problem with the computer I pulled up my bank information and show them that it went through they told me too bad I still have to pay for the pizza and they'll send me the other money back this place sucks I finally had enough would never go back again if you people were smart you would do the same
If I could put no stars I would. We ordered our pizza around four hours ago for a sixty dollar order at that and still never got it. They hang up their phones as soon as they answer or rudely ask you to be out on hold. I wouldn't recommend anyone waste their time or their money here. Thanks ?

The guy at the counter was so stressed because he was working late night that he couldn't stop screaming to everybody including his colleagues and customers. Really bat attitude for an employee at retail food. If you don't like to work late, DONT WORK LATE PERIOD!!. This happened last nigh sat 6/8 about at 10:30 pm in case you need clarification. We as customers don't have have to be blamed because all your trauma

We placed an order and forget to request light pizza sauce. Called right back and the guy said they started making it already. We asked if they could make a fresh one,it was definitely our mistake. He then went and got the manager, they agreed to remake it. No one had an attitude on their end, they took care of it even though it was our mistake. Food was ready in a few minutes, hot and fresh. Left a tip at the counter, service call as great there and we are still munching on the cold pizza. Thanks PapaJohns

Whenever I order from here I order the pizza well done but I guess that’s too complicated to accomplish because every single time I order from this store, the pizza is undercooked. One time the pizza was inedible because of how undercooked it was.
