The pizza was good. The store staff needs to be more aware of their customers. I walked into the store and it took about 5 minutes to be acknowledged. I don't expect to be catered to but at least say welcome to Papa John's so I know that they know someone is there.

Worst papa John’s pizza I’ve ever had no sauce and it seamed like pizza was old definitely not the crust I’m used to from papa John’s and I ordered the trio sauce and didn’t get it very disappointed

So I placed my order for carry out instead of delivery by mistake. 100% my fault. I called the store and asked if we could somehow change it to delivery as my car is in the shop, my card was charged, and I didn’t have the funds to reorder. The manager Alejandro I did what any determined and hungry man would do; we rolled up our sleeves, put our heads together and hit the drawing board. Unfortunately after a drawn out and arduous battle, we arose defeated with our white flag held high. Alejandro wasn’t done, he refused to accept defeat. When I ultimately arrived at papa John’s, I was greeted with a hot pizza, a months supply of garlic dipping sauce (IYKYK) and a damn good looking dessert free of charge. Was Alejandro done might you ask? Of course not. To top it off, I have a free pizza credit sitting on my account. I tip my cap to Alejandro. What a legend.

How do you order garlic knots and they don’t put the garlic butter on it? One lady associate was at the front door on the phone going off about something while the other two guys were inside goofing off not caring about people’s food.
I placed an 4 pizza order of original crust, 2 pepperoni & 2 mushroom. The one that was delivered is a different crust, now no one is eating them as the crust Is dense, dry and tasteless. The pepperoni is quite overcooked as well. The service was great, hardworking people. Just disappointed in our order.

I am so pleased that I decided to try Papa Johns’ Keto Crust create your own pizza. It was amazing so unique and delicious. I had Bell Peppers, Tomatoes, Mushrooms and Cheese on my pizza. It arrived hot with a nice crunchy crust. Thanks Papa Johns Pizza for an excellent meal!

So, this is more about the service part, or lack thereof, because the pizza was good for a Papa John's. On their website, they specify, they take Venmo for payment, when in fact they don't. Tried multiple times, but their online payment system just keeps saying invalid payment. Called local store and they said sure, we'll take it, just come in. So, I go there and nope, they still don't take it. I had to convert my Venmo to a physical debit card for them to take it. I know not everyone takes it, but you'd think they'd would know how being their website shows it!
