Ordered delivery with pizza, some cheese bread and a brownie. When delivered it was delivered to my neighbor who does not live at the address provided. When I got my food from my neighbor, who kindly knocked on my door to be like hey they dropped your pizza off at my house, the pizza and the bread was right but I got a cookie instead of a brownie which wasn’t restricted or anything on their website. So not only did my order not get delivered to me but I also didn’t get what I ordered. The food was good but god damn the service was just wrong. My phone number was also provided so if they didn’t have the brownie they could’ve contacted me as well.

I ordered a pizza to be delivered. I used to be a cook for Pizza Hut. I’d have Never tried to send out skimpy, no taste, gag me pizza like the one I got. I blame management for scrimping to make a buck. That doesn’t work if you run your customers off!

Pizza was ordered at 8 pm from the Pizza Hut on 52 and Little road it didn't show up I called they said they would reimburse the big meal box and send another order out order gets here at 11 pm and no pizza just bread sticks and cinna sticks I call again asked where the pizza at and they tell me oh they only put in for bread sticks and cinna sticks I will never order from these idiots ever again also food was cold when it got here and these idiots are down the street from me like 3 miles away I have never seen a dysfunctional establishment like this in my life my autistic son can do better and make these orders that go out faster and more efficient

My family and I really enjoy eating in however today I wanted to eat something new at home. So I decided on trying Pizza Hut’s Individual Pizza with a Side. My Hut Box was great and filling. It was really hot when delivered and the fries were very crispy. That is impressive. I highly suggest that others try this Pizza Hut special as seen on the television. I also recommend the Pesto Pizza!
Online ordering was offline AGAIN so I call and kept getting transferred to corporate who did absolutely nothing. Fix your issues!!!

I tried to order the free pizza I got as part of the promotion. They made it very difficult and took 30 mins to get the free pizza offer to work on app. It came with restrictions of course so to get a basic pizza with 2 toppings it was not free. Then after time spent building pizza and going to check out. I got an error - I needed to spend minimum of $11.99 to proceed to qualify to complete check out. - guess free wasn’t free after all. I tried to order some wings on wing Wednesday to get the order over 11.99 and meet min spend but I got error - can’t combine offers. Wing Wednesday not offered with “free pizza” so I over paid for wings paid to upgrade “free pizza” paid $5 for delivery so “free pizza cost me $20. Pizza was delivered late, cold, soggy, and no deal on pizza box, so driver could have spit or touched pizza and I wouldn’t know it. One wing was off- chewy under cooked. I swallowed a little before spitting it out and guess what? Was sick a few hours later. So free is really hard time consuming to redeem, then you need to spend 11.99 to get free pizza but pay full price on other items. -horrible experience. Better cheaper easier pizza places that don’t play games. - I would avoid Pizza Hut going forward.

Their app seems to be always messed up they can't find my points now but it's not the stores fault. 2 months ago I had an issue with them using third party delivery which refused to use my information from the Pizza Hut app and used old information from their records. But that also was not the restaurants fault. The pizza is good. It's better than haystown's Domino's. Just that one Domino's has the worst Pizza I had ever had in my life and I'm not a New Yorker.
