So the atmosphere and service were excellent. We went during a slow period but the setup they had outside looked like it would be a comfortable fun spot to have some drinks and chat with friends. To me it looked like it could be the areas local hang out spot. However the food was for me was in between ok and good. I had just a basic burger which I could tell was a premade patty with no flavor. Totally not knocking using one but it really needs to either be marinated or seasoned well. The onion rings that I got with the burger were great though and my daughter liked her food, she thought it was good. She had the ribs and potato wedges. I tried both, the ribs were seasoned well, tender and saucy. Just like we like. The potato wedges were crispy outside and soft inside. Very well cooked and seasoned. The coleslaw that came with, for me had a bit too much mayonnaise, she doesn't like coleslaw. Her meal also came with a side salad but we took that home. It looked like a good salad...romaine, tomato, cucumber and cheese. Lastly, we had dessert, which is not on the menu but available. Cheesecake and a chocolate cake. They were good but store bought. However the presentation was excellent! Our server Lauren was fantastic too! I'm not trying to knock this place, it was a great place, would definitely go again. This was all just my opinions based off my preference and honest feed back. I would definitely go back just for the atmosphere alone. Plus the food was decently priced.

Sullys Tiki Bar Philippine Adventures
I was looking for a place to just unwind, have an ice cold draft beer, a good meal and pleasant atmosphere along with good service after a long stressful work week, when low and behold I discovered Roscoe’s Pub & Grill in Hudson. I have taken my sons and wife there on a few occasions now and I have found a new relaxing place to unwind. We have not tried the karaoke yet or listened to the live music but it is rapidly climbing to the top of our list. Lauren, who has taken care of us these past few times, is an amazingly beautiful warm and sweet person. She is attentive, pleasant, kind, professional and makes us feel right at home. Rarely have I found that kind of personal hospitality outside of Asia.🥰 I see and expansion in Roscoe’s Pub & Grill future when the word gets out about this treasure waiting to be discovered on the corner of Hudson Ave and Old Dixie Hwy in Hudson.

Service and atmosphere were both fantastic. It's a nice little hidden place that would be nice to go to for drinks in the evening or to hear music. My only complaint was the food- much of it had no flavor and all tasted the same (a bit bland) The prices are pretty deep for everything all to taste the same. From seafood, to wings, to chicken sandwich. I believe jarlic (refrigerated garlic in a jar) in all the different sauces may be the culprit.
This is the fourth time I've been there......each time...15/20 minutes before you get acknowledged that your there..... Nice place......but service needs help...,imo........?

Diminishing quality of the Food
Have thoroughly enjoyed the homemade “pulled”pork sandwich 10+ times. However today we were incredibly disappointed. The pork was thin “sliced” and tasted like lunch meat.

We went on a Friday night for Karaoke with Jason and had a blast!! Really nice place, great food and service at reasonable prices. We'll definitely be going back.
I had the Bacon Mac with onion rings, had a few of their tater tots. Really good. 10/10 recommend. Nice staff, nice treatment. All around good place.
