This Subway is located in a hospital cafeteria. The sign says it's open from 9AM to 9PM. Since Christmas, I have been there 3 times. All 3 times, the place didn't open until 10:30AM. There was a young man and young woman working there, and when they waited on you, they made it feel like they were doing you a big favor. The sandwiches were average, although the woman made a better sandwich. If Subway is going to have stores in hospitals, they need to understand that there are people who are worried and stressed out, and train their employees to be more empathetic, or at least a little friendlier. Also, don't list the opening time as 9 if you're not going to open until after 10.Dietary restrictions: Probably something for everyone.Parking: Hospital parking lot.

There is a reason I call this place Slugway. That should give you a general idea of what the food is like there.

This subway is located in Bayonet Point hospital. While waiting for my father-in-law ( who was having heart surgery ), I took my mother-in-law to the subway. Two of the employees were extremely rude and disrespectful. While I wasn't expecting five-star service from a cafeteria Subway, I did expect kindness and patience, considering this subway is located in the hospital. Maybe consider some sensitivity training for your employees. Also - who wants to eat raw bacon ?? Perhaps a course on good prep.

As I was waiting to order my sandwich I heard a strong voice repromanding an employee. At first I thought he (the manager) was just telling a story or something, but then I realized he was disciplining an employee in front of anyone that could hear it, including customers. Not only did the young girl look embarrassed, she was holding back tears and trying to continue to work afterward. Unacceptable! Mr. Manager, if you need to discipline an employee, the front counter is not the place for it! Be professional and take them behind closed doors and WRITE THEM UP RATHER THAN BELITTLE THEM.

Stingy Middle Eastern Subway guy sprinkles tiny amount of veggies enough to barely feed a hamster. Unmotivated to even attend customers. Vending machines will give you a better experience. Save your money.

Food was good. Nice option to have a subway inside of the hospital. Cashier was friendly.

I recently visited this Subway location and the customer service was horrible. I stood in line behind a couple awaiting my turn. As the associate Skylar is finishing up there order a lady walks up towards the front of the line and stands there. Skylar finished the couple's order and checked them out. She then goes to the young lady whom had just walked up to take her order not even acknowledging that I was there. The young lady says to her “I believe she was first”. Skylar then comes over to me takes my order, makes my sandwich, wraps it and slams it on the counter then goes back to the young lady to prepare her food. I at that time chose to walk off because I felt like I wasn't a priority enough to this associate to finish taking care of me before moving on to the next. Customer service is everything. I have been in the customer service industry for years and the first rule of thumb is the 10 second rule and that's to acknowledge your customer. I feel that your associate Skylar needs a refresher on customer service and how vital it is to your store.
