Well considering your online app was having difficulty with orders then you should honor the prices for online order in store.
And the guy with Gray hair maybe this guy should be a little more helpful or even friendly with customers. DONT YOU GRAY HAIR EVER TALK TO A CUSTOMER LIKE YOU DO. It is absolutely uncalled for and now you’re getting a bad review.

Just because I don't want my sub toasted that doesn't me you have to serve the chicken cold and last time I check the chicken bacon ranch is post to have bacon on it also I've got this sub several times at this location and I always get the chicken and bacon hot y would I want to eat cold chicken for dinner I can't call because it says the number no longer in service I tried calling several times can't go back because I'm at work and when I get off they will be closed so some one needs to call me

So what a disappointment! They don't take the subway coupons! So I just went over to publix and got a better sub anyway! Come on! Take the coupon! You just lost business! Times are hard!
I had the worst experience here they need to do more training cause they don't know what they are doing I have never seen a pizza with yellow American cheese. I order my husband and me the new footlong dipper and it was cold no cheese and only 2 pieces of pepperoni like what the heck never again

I have never been a big fan of Subway, nor of Walmart, but had to stop in after work for an unrelated item. Kate the Great was working the counter alone and was spectacular. Amazing customer service. Amazing attitude. She stated she worked at two different locations, and I really hope they treat her well because she gave me the best service I could have asked for. Way better than I expected from Subway. She should be an example for all of their employees in the future!

The best service and food. Kate hooked my sub up and made it exactly how I wanted it. She was polite, patient and offered things I always forget to put on my sub. Hands down best Subway around! We will definitely be back

Food was great as always everybody else is awesome but there is this newer girl she tall I wanna say the name is Kate she is disrespectful to customers and is very rude to her coworkers and isn't washing and wearing gloves as she should it's just not cool

Everytime I order here, they don't bother to read the instructions and evertime screw up my order. Then when you try to politely inform them it's wrong, you catch an attitude. Horrible service. Ask to cancel the order and they just silently make it anyway. This will be my last visit to this establishment.

We got a foot long turkey sub on white roll. The bread was hard and flakey. We said something to the young man on duty and he gave a lame excuse that "oh sometimes it gets cooked to long or we leave it out to long, we sometimes offer to heat it and that will soffen it." No sorry or offer to replace it. Staff uncaring and food bad. Place was dirty also.

Girl working behind the counter midday shift is incredibly rude and nasty needs to be fired, didn't give me what I paid for and proceeded to argue with me stating I couldn't of possibly ordered what I did from app and refused to refund the difference they really need to stop hiring

Says they close at nine but i just walked in at 8:50 and was refused service despite the gate still being open, there still being food out, and there still being two employees. The gal was standing at the register chatting with a non-customer, non-employee and otherwise doing nothing while the guy was breaking down one of the sub stations. This is usually my favorite subway where they have the most crisp lettuce and freshest bread. Really just wanted to let the owner know that the staff is closing early. If you’re going to close at 8:50, close the gate and set your hours to 8:50. If I walk in before nine, I expect a sandwich.

I had Coupons. After maybe 5 minutes waitingtime somebody showed up. Told me: no Internet so no Coupons and just Cash. Was probably ok. This woman behind the counter looks not like that I want to order food by her.

I usually have a good experience here, but this last one was absolutely ridiculous and has me never wanting to return. Not only were the employees rude when I handed them a coupon, they refused to use the coupon...but said I could use a different coupon from the same coupon page..what? Lol. They absolutely refused to use the BOGO coupons but would accept all the other ones. That's not how that works...you accept all or none. The girl was straight up rude and defensive, and the man who originally rang me up saw the coupon and then threw his hands up and said "I can't with these people" and walked away into the back..and I hadn't even said anything at that point. Ridiculous and unprofessional. For a place that you can't get even a single meal for under 10 dollars, they shouldn't behave in such a rude manner.
