Me and my girlfriend went to subway and we were told they didn't and won't take subway coupons so we turned around and walked out the door the lady said to us if you wanted to use the coupons you should go to a store that takes them like Hudson Walmart here we have coupons from subway and they won't except then we'll until they do they won't have my business they put the coupons in flyers for subway but can't use them in store close by then why send our the coupons at all subway is just waisting there money because your surely not getting new customers I wouldn't even rate them one star but I had to to write this review

This has become a franchise. Well you can’t cut corners to put more money in your pocket and still operate under a major name. Stop using bags from your convenient store. (The thank you bags) Makes me feel like my sub is dirty. It doesn’t cost that much to order Subway bags. Plus the cookies are supposed to be made fresh daily. (I know because I used to work at a Subway)
Don’t leave the cookies in the until they sell. BAKE FRESH ONES!!!

When my husband and I moved out of California into Florida we had lots of fun trying out different restaurants that served different types of exotic foods like gator bites just for fun. However when it came down to serious eating, we discovered that Subway Sandwiches were the best way to nourish and satisfy our growing preteen kids. We were amazed at the fresh baked bread and the delicious cheese and condiments and the veggies available. Today I am intrigued by the Footlong Sidekicks-Churros, Cookies and Pretzels.

All I asked for was onion and green peppers on a tuna sandwich extra onion . Put 3 ..yes 3 more pieces of onion and when I asked for more she gave me a look . If I was loading up on all condiments I could understand but I asked for 2 condiments total . Told her it's ok forget it and went to china king next door . Was awesome as always .

Every single time we end up getting subs from this Subway, the sandwiches are so skimpy. When I say skimpy, I'm talking the amount of toppings. These subs are already OUTRAGEOUS in price but to skimp us on toppings is very upsetting.
The Subway near Hays Road next to Publix makes their subs the right way. Very generous with toppings.
We will not be ordering from this Flub Way any longer.

The food is good, the person who serves me is always awesome. The problem I have is that they don't have enough people. The person who serves me is always stressed and rushed and it makes for a bad atmosphere, they are great at their job though. They just need more people.

The Spanish lady who's always there is a sweetheart. Always in a good mood when I come in. But she needs a new job because this place is a mess. First, some younger lady was putting up all the chairs when we walked in, so I asked if we could sit inside to make sure they weren't closing or something? The online orders cart was blocking off bathroom and the other seating area. When asked if my 5 year old could use the bathroom real fast she said sorry it's closed for cleaninging. The lady making my sub had to go back and get lettuce, almost had to get onion when I stopped her and said the rest was fine. Then to top it off, they couldn't accept my coupon at this location! ? What the F, now my $9 sub turned into $13 lol. Not impressed!
Rude woman who swears. And the place is dirty and will not take coupons.

First please let me start by saying that the girl making my sub was delightful. My review is for the food and the management. I ordered two subs and two soups which were brought out from the back already in paper containers. Found this odd but decided to give it a try. Once home, I tasted the soup and immediately spit it out into the sink. It was sour and had turned God knows how long ago. This made me too nervous to have my son and I eat the subs I had ordered. If the soup was that old, how was I to know the sub ingredients were fresh? I didn't want us getting sick. Both went right into the trash. What a waste of $32. Spoiled soup feels like a major health code violation. ?

I’d give zero stars if I could. They don’t accept any coupons online or in store. They are super cheap with portions. Extremely rude workers. Not sanitary at all (never washed hands or cleaned anything the whole time I was there). Go to the subway in Walmart in Hudson. Way friendlier and they accept coupons. Health department was called on them.

Whoever owns and manages this location is awful and needs to sell. Has one poor girl working here, fully packed store. She can’t do any mobile orders or keep up with the line. Everytime I come to this location it’s busy, rather then being a greedy POS hire someone else.

Literally has a online order stand and DOESN’T USE IT☠️ instead, the chick working let my order sit behind the counter and (keep in mind we are the only ones in the store, sitting at the table waiting for it) proceeds to go into the back of the store and be on the phone? And then she came back out, looked at us, then proceeded to go back again. My boyfriend went to go ask about our order and she started arguing with him heavily so we got our food and left. -100/10 service, disgusting mannerisms and will not return. also was very stingy on the honey mustard for our pretzel. have heard problems about this worker in specific but to see it for myself is disheartening. she should not be working in customer service when she is 1. disrespectful/ignorant and 2. wants to sit on call with someone and not put online orders out on the ONLINE ORDER STAND!
