Went on the Subway app to order dinner for my wife and I. The app had a BOGO deal so I activated my coupon and the showed what restaurant would be accepting the offer. This restaurant was listed. So I placed my order and paid online eith my credit card. Said it would be ready in 15 min. Drove down to the place and the employee said owners do not except any coupons or offers on the app. She showed me about 10 recipes that they had canceled from on line orders! This is 100% fraud to use the app to get customers in the door, then when they arrive give them a canceled receipt. If they don't want to be part of the app, then they should have there shop taken off the list. She said owner will not except any coupon or offers! Waist of time! Highly recommend you don't visit this shop!!

Be wary they don't take coupons, also tried to tell me that my rewards wouldn't work. Had to ask three times for more lettuce because even though it's the only veggie on my sub they want to sprinkle it on.

They dont take Coupons. Nobody can explain me why not. They forget sauce on my Sandwiches. The prezel Stick was dry. I should get a free cookie. Nothing. Not a single napkin in the bag. I never will use this store again, absolutly

Good but not great. The footlong cookie was a little underdone as were the subs. But it was okay overall, also only had one employee working. Get the poor girl some help!

?Ordered on the app because I saw a commercial for bogo if you order on the app. Put my order through and it said successful and took my payment. Got a call just before I went to pick up and they said they canceled my order because they dont do promotions. If you dont take promotions it shouldn't let my order go through and take my money. Hopefully I do get my money back. I'm sure this location is losing a lot of business since they dont do any promotions. People want deals! I'll stick with pub subs.

TRASH LOCATION. Refused to make my online order & when we were asked the reasoning the retarded cashier stated “now you can wait till tomorrow for your refund” & voided our order because there was a coupon applied ONLINE. The ratchet girl is lucky I didn’t knock the two teeth she has left out.

Constant issues with this location. After today I've decided to review.Several times I have been in early afternoon (before 2pm) to be told they're out of several breads and will not be making more.Twice I've been in and chose to eat inside and was not allowed to use restroom. It was cleaned and closed for evening. Tho it was hours prior to closing.Today I go in and order. The girl tells me she needs a moment, no problem. She comes out a few times, goes back. Finally, after literal 20min of waiting, I ask what is going on. I find out they're out of provolone, they offer American. I decline. I ask if I can have the mozzarella and they let me know it will have an upcharge. Seriously? After 20min of waiting, not having the correct item, the right thing to do is upcharge?

It shows how poor the ownership of this location cares about the customers. They don't reply to any of the complaints or compliments. Staff give the usual line of this is not a corporate store and the owner doesn't care, to quote the lady on the phone. They are listed as a participant of Subway promotions, accept the order online and take my money. The call me up stating the owner says they won't honor corporate coupons and will refund my money, when ever. Not good and will cost this location in lost revenue. Never use this store for parties either, Publix is better and around the corner.

They don't take coupons. They're understaffed. I have a 30 minute lunch break and I waited 15 minutes to order my food. Only one lady working and making the sandwiches.
