I placed an order for pick up at 4pm, at 310pm I got a text and an email that my order was ready. My order will have been sitting there for FORTY FIVE MINUTES by the time i am able to pick up my order. I've been calling to get clarification but no one answers the phone. they should not be "clearing" orders from their systems unless they're actually completed. We already get notified that the order was placed & accepted. This place is begging for a food poisoning law suit
