After many years of “ shopping” here I had one bad experience a few not so good experience with orders (months ago) which was shocking because the two stores we use local are definitely the best ! . I’m happy to say it seems to be going back to quality employees and food we love Wawa the deals prices and food are great the employees have always been happy and helpfully Today I had the sweetest Gal help me with a quick question and how to order a specific item even let me know they sell all their products they use ( foods and coffees) Rebecca is definitely a prime example of fantastic customer service ! It’s so nice to be helped not be treated like a burden Thanks again Rebecca

This wawa is the worst ive ever used they are always out of stock of the items i usually buy and i usually end up having to order from somewhere else which sucks because i really like the food from wawa but can never get what i want i have reported this multiple times over the course of a year and they do absolutely nothing about it i end up trying to order again months later hoping for better results just to run into the same problem

Ordered a turkey club with bacon.well no bacon cold soggy toast none to very little mayo .They cut the sandwich awkward 3/4 to 1/4, small side no meat paper thin half of tomatoe slice and a paper thin slice of cheese. Other side had all the meat . The whole sandwich was icebox cold. It was the most disgusting club. I've ever had.. my dog ate well today ,he loves turkey. Would have better off just to order an turkey sub!! Would have been better than what got!!
