I ordered a spicy chicken and a fry. My chicken was missing the tomato and the bun was stale and gross. Every time I come to this location I continue to get disappointed.

Worse Wendy's I've been to. Not enough staff for lunch. Got my order totally wrong, ordered a double cheeseburger without onions, ended up with a single with onions. Line was too long to try to get a replacement.

Scanned my app but didn't give me the points? The girl acted like she didn't know whether it was for points or a reward. I told her I should be getting 1 sandwich free. She said she'd take it off. She did not. Whatever she did canceled out my rewards. So not only did I get charged for my "free" sandwich, i didn't even get the points for it.
I'm honestly tired of places getting away with this. You have a reward system, honor it. You don't know how it works? Sounds like someone else needs to work the register.
I never got a receipt, probably because the girl didn't want me to know she over charged me. I'm more made about the reward points honestly.

Rachel the manager on duty was terrible and needs to be educated on her role. Wait was long and now one could help us. The employee at the counter stated that had to wait for a manager and had us there for 5 minutes just for the manager to say they couldn't take our order. This isnt a bad store but for whatever reason today was a bad day for them. I hope they can fix this because we all walked out.
