Employees are horrible slow and do not care evern when asked nicely is everything ok they ignore customers and dont care. Needs a good manager to get these guy working went there times and ended driving a to Mcdonalds across the street becauae they just dont care. Even did the same in side the store.

It takes forever to get a frosty and 6 piece chicken nugget. I was there for almost 25 minutes. I know they all get busy and all so.. But the cashier was actually pleasant and cheerful so it wasnt so bad. He did really great actually.

New Italian chicken mozzarella sandwich. Made well, very tasty, would definitely get again! Great deals under the offers tab on the Wendy's app. But don't get your hopes up too high the app never works.
No one here knows how to do their job. they're all in a rush to get you out the way without giving the correct order. they'd rather play on their phones or talk with each other rather than care about customers. THEY NEED TO HIRE RESPONSABLE PEOPLE

Waited in the drive thru for 10 minutes and still didn't get order taken. This happens basically every time I go here. Terrible wait time. And when I tried talk to someone they had attitude. Maybe it's faster inside but the drive thru takes wayyyy too

I came to Wendy’s the girl at the drive thru seemed lazy like she didn’t want to take my order. She said everything was cooked to order at the speaker and my whole biggy bag was cold not to mention the double stack black and burnt to the point I couldn’t even eat my sandwich. I am very disappointed with my experience the little girl running the window asked me if I needed anything else while I was at the window and before I could answer slammed the drive thru window shut on me and would not open it back up . Instead of going back around or coming back I just decided to leave because of the service.

Wendy's frosties are the best! I love their chicken nuggets... They're so good I didn't even need to use my sauce! So many things are so good there... The chili, the bacon cheeseburger, the french fries, their breakfast sandwiches, etc. I go there as much as I can ??
