The lady that put my bags together was not very nice to begin with, throwing my bags around where the food fell on counter..I'm sorry your job is too much for you when it's not even busy.. if I ain't mistaken she was a manager but also next time please wear gloves when touching people's food

Hello and good afternoon, I contemplated sending this review for a couple of days now. But I thought someone from management, or maybe the district supervisor for this location. I visited this store this past Saturday 9/28/2024 at approx. 3pm. I decided to have my lunch order there. The dining area only had like 3 or 4 other people having their lunch, so it really was not busy at this time. After receiving my order at the counter from the girl putting together dine in orders, and drive- thru orders, while the other girl rang up my purchase at the counter register. I sat down in the dining area to enjoy my lunch. My sandwich seemed just luke warm, along with my Wendy's chicken nuggets. But what was most surprising, was my fries were actually cold! Now I understand, I should of just taken my order directly back to the counter, and asked for fresh and hot. But being as hungry as I was. I decided to just eat my meal the way it was served to me, and possibly avoid any snide remarks or "side eyes" from the people working there at the time. While eating my cold fries, it came to mind that doesn't or didn't Wendy's have or had a BIG promotion, advertising their fries always Fresh and Hot? I believe they do or did. So after finishing my very unsatisfying meal. I went back to the service counter to order a couple frosty's to-go. After being rung up for this purchase. The girl still putting orders together, gave me my frosty's. And I decided to let her know, that my fries that she had served me earlier with my meal, were colder then the frosty's she had just gave me. And I actually mentioned that Wendy's fry promotion to her, that aren't the fries supposed to Fresh and Hot for each and every customer? And with that, she just blurted out! Quote... WELL.you should of just brought them back up when you sat down in the dining room. Which ok, I expected that response. But certainly not in the tone she spoke to me in. So with that, I looked to see what this employee's name tag said. But did not see a name tag? So I asked her if she had a name tag. And her response was quite clear to me. Her answer was NO! Again, in a very unexpected tone. Now myself being in customer service, I understand that some customers may be more difficult then others. But I myself in all my years dealing with the public, and customers, have learned that customers whether being slightly difficult then others. Are the life blood of our retail industry. And without them, we wouldnt have a job. So this young lady (again no name tag). Really needs to evaluate her verbal responses, and tone to customers, especially the elderly like myself. Maybe she was just having a bad day? Not really sure? I am not exactly sure who this young lady is? But she supports numerous tattoos on her arms, and i want to say she is a seasoned employee there, because I've seen her there numerous times working the counter like she was this day. She really needs to have management explain customer relations to her. And what if I happen to have been a Wendy's "Mystery shopper"? All this, and no thank you, come back again. Nothing! Again isnt a establishment like yourselves in customer service, and the real main thing is that the customer is satisfied and will return again? Now i am not quite sure how far this review will go there at your location? Or if it will just be discarded by someone in management, or your district supervisor. But hopefully someone takes a positive approch to this unfortuanate incident and gets this corrected. Epic fail this day Wendy's! Dave Thomas (R.I.P.) would of not liked to hear of this sort of event.

This place now charges more if you don't want to risk getting sick on ice. 35cent a bottle. I bought a chicken wrap full of white hard lettuce.. poorly made(like open your eyes), small fries containers are shorted(half full) in 2 biggie bags. Spent 23$ there.

Slowest Wendy’s ever apparently the cook named Kris has no sense of urgency. I got one biggie bag and it took 15 minutes to make again you don’t need to pass an IQ test to be a Wendy’s cook or a Wendy’s manager how slow this place works literally hurts my brain watching them run this business. I don’t blame. The employees management is to blame.

I usually come her and just because my son asked for extra bbq sauce and I asked that at the window , Mrs. Unprofessional all tatted up disrespectful nasty lady says ask that in the speaker next time . I’m working 20x harder than you as a nurse so that you can complain about giving an extra bbq sauce , if you can’t handle to work at Wendy’s as a simple job you ain’t going to handle nothing especially with that attitude
