I wish I could say I had a wonderful experience at this establishment every time i do it’s absolutely horrible the staff are unfriendly! and the food is cold!! if you ask for something, they forgot it’s an issue.! i will be now going to another one out of my way just to have better service!!

I absolutely hate the new AI drive thru speaker, it gets my order wrong every time. I work in the same plaza so I used to get lunch here all the time but just had to stop because that, and then at the window the employees get frustrated with me. :(

Went through the drive thru the young lady that took care of me was wonderful. The food was cold and the fries tasted old and cold , the fountain machine was down, so had to get sweet tea. And it was very old tasting.

The food is good but the staff seems to be always having some time consuming issue. This is the closest Wendy's to my house so if I want a quick bite I like to run over but I know I will always have to wait. Twice this week I went in and after 20+ minutes walked out without anything because they couldn't solve the customer's issue ahead of me to even take my order. If you use the order stand you will be trapped for eternity. Your Best chance is to go at odd times of day not actual meal times and don't be in a hurry. Lower your expectations and you won't be disappointed.
