This is by far the worst BK I've ever been to and somehow it never seems to improve. One of my coworkers just got some mild food poisoning last week after eating the food here.
My chicken nuggets were fused together and seemed like they had been microwaved/sitting there for an extended period. I've never received food that looked like what I saw here before in my life.

Couldn’t have got my order more wrong! I wanted a #4 and ended up being twice the price because they added chicken nuggets and cheese curds to my order without having given me the price of everything till I already paid. And my burger was purple, I know that’s a Wendy burger or something but it’s not what I ordered.

One Star Someone really needs to send help to this Burger King. It’s clear they are severely understaffed, and the service reflects that.
The first time I went, they forgot my 2 large fries and kept my $8. The second time, I got the fries, but instead of the Fiery Chicken Sandwich I ordered, they gave me a Spicy Chicken Sandwich. That’s not what I asked for.
As if that wasn’t bad enough, the kids’ meal hamburger came with a chicken sandwich bun cut in half instead of a proper hamburger bun. On top of that, one of our burgers had a purple bun. Is this some kind of marketing gimmick, or are you just out of buns?
On both visits, the wait time was at least 15 minutes. The whole experience was frustrating and disappointing.

Best Burger King around, food is always fresh, we usually go out of our way to come on base for it if we want something quick. The service may be misunderstood (cultural differences?), I’ve not gotten anything less than the quickest and best service in fast food.
Workers didnt let me finish my order..after every item I said she told me to pull around when I wasn’t finished. If she doesn’t let me finish next time I guess y’all just loose more money oh well

I mean….it is the KING! Nothing like an original chicken sandwich (OCS) to satisfy your hunger. Place is cleaner than a rest stop bathroom and faster than a rabbit being chased. Hope you have a chance to visit Hurbies finest eating establishment!
