Not good at giving receipt and check your change short 10.00 never got it back. Drawer should have been over unless u put in your pocket. Ask for receipt and still check your change!! Some at window are very rude. I know they been there forever but don't own Popeyes. I will find out who own it. Eglin Parkway store

Every time I come to this Popeyes after 5 they are 90% closed. I understand they close at 6 but they have very limited food available and just say that there is no more for the day.

The food was great, but man are they swamped and understaffed at lunchtime!

Could tell they're understaffed and feeling the lunch time crunch most days. The sandwiches seem to be the overall friction point at this location. Everyone wanted one in line 8+ sandwiches, which took the cashier away from the register and showed the entire ordering process down. Line grew very long.
It was the worst chicken i have ever eaten. It must have been under the lamp for hours.it was all dryed out.
Nice place to get a bite to eat.

Seems this store is as bad as the one on Cervantes in Pensacola. Based on management, it should be closed.
The chicken was excellent.
One star is one too many. Today I dropped by the Hurlburt Field Popeyes and ordered an 8 piece meal. When I got home I found the chicken to be old, dry, and hard. The legs and wings were the size of Cornish game hens It is apparent this store does not prepare fresh chicken at the end of the day and gives out the "scraps" to those customers unfortunate enough to get there an hour prior to closing. This was very disappointing and not a way to keep a customer base. I have to ask, is there a quality control? If so, they failed as well. I assure you, I will think very hard before I am a customer at an AAFES concession in the future.

About the same quality as most popeyes. They are pretty quick at getting orders done, so the wait usually isn't too bad.
No barbecue sauce, chicken tenders were old and dry, no ice tea available, I asked personnel about the tea and she said it will put it out in a minute but it was still not out when I left.
