Heather's desserts are some of the best I have ever had! I had booked with heather for my wedding and she did such an amazing job with our cake and dessert table. Multiple guests told us that she made the best cake-pops and chocolate covered strawberries they had ever had. She was amazing during the whole process giving me advice and listening to my visions. Heather is incredible! She made TWO cakes for us. One cake for our daughter’s rehearsal dinner, themed to the college they attended & sports they played at the university. We ordered pink Minnie Mouse cookies, cupcakes, and a cake for our daughter’s 4th birthday party, and everything was absolutely PERFECT! The attention to detail was incredible — from the adorable bows on the cookies to the soft pink frosting and the beautiful Minnie ears on the cake. Not only did everything look amazing, but it all tasted even better. The cupcakes were so fresh and moist, and the cookies were almost too cute to eat (but we did anyway — and they were delicious!).
Everyone at the party couldn’t stop talking about how beautiful everything looked. The bakery was professional, easy to work with, and delivered exactly what we hoped for. Highly recommend them for any themed celebration — they truly helped make our little one’s day magical! 💕🎀🎂

BLOWN AWAY! Heather absolutely outdid herself with my daughter’s birthday cake! I sent her 3 or 4 inspo pictures and it was almost IDENTICAL to the most intricate one. Not only was it beautiful, but it tasted delicious! I cannot recommend her enough! 10/10 experience and execution!

After the wedding, she had this video she made with the absolutely kindest words for us, and some very precious moments of my husband and I and showcased the display, breathtaking! Just wow. We worked with Brookie Cookie Bakery for the wedding of Tonia and Cristina, held earlier this month at Benvenuto of Boynton Beach. Our Brides had a very unique specialty cake request. They wanted a cake that looked like a chicken. A cake design I will truly never forget. The attention to detail in the unique cake flavor description was also a really nice touch. Pink champagne with edible glitter cake is a new favorite of mine. Can't believe we've never worked together before now. It was so awesome collaborating with your team. I appreciated your baker making the suggestion to remove the wood cake stand as your rectangular cake board would look better without it. The extra sand (graham cracker crumbs?) that you brought to garnish the table under the chicken was a really nice touch. And the way you took our couples monogram and used it in the icing on each guests custom cookie was exactly what the couple was looking for. Such customization. Heather and team absolutely knocked it out of the park! I'll be sure to share photos when I get them from our photographer.
