Been visitng here regularly 3 to 4 times a year. I bring my 85 and 87 year old parents, as they don't really drive far regularly any more. We have been seated in the back booth every time we have ate in the past 5 years except for today. Approximately about 1pm tried to get a booth for my family as usual. 5 hosts at the desk, which seemed kind of odd to begin with. My father was going back in forth with one of the men. They said all booths were full at this time and since we only had a party of 4 we could not sit in the back booth, only tables were available at this time. We got a buzzer and another booth opened up in about 15 minutes. The food was wonderful and so was our server "MiMi" However I would like to share that the booth in the back was never occupied during our waiting period nor while we dined. And it was really painfull to watch the 5 so called hostesses, yawn, scratch armpits, laugh, and joke around as if this was a low class eatery...Management really needs 2 start paying attention! Will not be returning for a meal at 1st street deli anymore.

My husband and try to travel to seminole Imoklee at least once a year as it is a 3 hr drive from us. We just had our 5 day vacation there and of course we had to eat at 1st Street Deli. As always nothing has changed food was great and the service you receive is excellent. I do have to give a shout out to Mikelida Basile for her superior customer service she gave to my husband and I when we ordered to go food to take back to our hotel room. She was very thorough with our order and made sure we had all the condiments and silverware needed to eat our food. She always greets you with a smile. Keep up the great work at 1st Street Deli.

We got together for a quick bite before hitting the slots, though there were a ton of people they were able to seat our party of 6 quite fast! Service was great! Food portions were large!!! Very affordable especially considering location the open face turkey was phenomenal!! Fries were soo good we could eat those alone..definitely plan on coming back!! Highly recommend!!!

Great experience at 1st Deli. We had a party of six and the server was with us immediately. Had an opportunity to meet the manager Franklin, who was awesome & made us feel like old friends. We all had something different on the menu and all agreed the food was excellent. (My sandwich was huge and delicious). Five stars from us ! We will be back.

Came in for lunch and we had Beatrice as our server, and she was training another server. She quickly took our drink orders and recommended an Arnold Palmer when I asked about flavored teas. I love an Arnold Palmer! We got the Potato latkes, amazing. Then the half sandwich with soup or salad. I had the pumpernickel bread with Turkey and the chili, it was very good. Service was awesome! Will definitely be my go to place for any future casino visits.

Pretty good for a small place in the casino, prices were resonable.

Awful service, terrible management and long wait for nothing. The place should be shut down.Blamed not being able to box our food to go on lack of staff?

If I had a choice I would never eat here. Everything is made weeks ahead of time. Nothing is fresh. I've seen cook scrape mold off the top of food and serve it. Soups stay on the steam well ALL DAY. they are suppose to be swapped out after 4 hrs or you can get sick eating it. When the health inspector comes they all run around like a chicken with it's head cut off trying to label and throw stuff away that's old. But I guess it fits in where it's at.

My wife and I enjoy the 1st. Street Deli. We usually take out the bagel and lox special after we finish a seated dining. This time for some reason the hamburger my wife ordered didn’t smell right to her. I called the waiter over and said we wish to order the bagel and lox entree. I said that I will take my wife’s hamburger home. The waiter stated that every customer can only order one entree, one appetizer and one desert. So I said give me the bagel and lox entree to take out figuring maybe we can eat in our car. The waiter stated again there are no more take out orders. We were shocked and now felt loxed out. Well let us eat cake so my wife ordered her permitted chocolate cake desert. Please tell me this one appetizer, one entree and one desert per customer is not true? There goes my creating a two appetizer meal as I sometimes do. We like the food but this new “requirement “ needs to be axed.
