Sandwiches were put together terribly. Fish sandwich had to be thrown out. It was under cooked and barley warm. It was the worst sandwich I ever had from any fast food restaurant in my eight five year's, and as a national retired sales rep there have been hundreds and hundreds stops

I rarely ever go to Burger King. Today showed why. I ordered two spicy wraps. Both were cold as if they hadn’t been warmed up in hours not even under a heat lamp. When I picked up my food in the drive-through an Asian lady looks to be maybe a manager angrily and rudely just toss my food out of the window. Will not be back.

I ordered the breakfast sandwich and when I arrived to work and opened sandwich someone had bitten into it . I texted the manager and didn’t even receive an apology. I was pretty much called a liar.. I won’t go back there again .

BK sucks 5am open time drove 45 minutes to get ice and breakfast to make it to work and l was told l had to wait 30 minutes, second day same voice a black lady this time didn't tell me l had to wait just said just a minute and after 10 minutes l heard her counting the drawer and another car pulled up l just left. Immokalee BK with black person that open sucks, but the young lady that opened two days before this one was great her and the cook who brought the bag of ice to me.... Food was fresh and hot but because of poor customer service from the person who was there those previous days the service sucks...... don't waste your time being there at 5am if you are going to work... McDonald's is right down the street

Drive thru was extremely slow 30 mins in line for food that was not worth the wait. Food was okay but the soda tasted like carbonated water. Go if you have 30 mins to waste it guess.
There’s roaches/rats in the food prep ice cream machine is infested with bugs there’s flys buzzing around inside do not eat here in general and they fired my hb for no reason
