We pulled up to emty drive through. Very little cars in the lot. We didn't even get to order. We sat at the drive through for 5 minutes. When we were saying hello...the employee was like "look honey I told you to wait" we left. I mean at that point we understood why no one was basically there. Burger king employees need to train with Chick fil a employees.

Horriblee I went today and the lady at the window had 0 communication skills or professionalism we order 3 drinks and some burgers so when we go to the first window the lady there didn’t say anything we paid and when to the second window excepting our order and of course I asked for my drinks they didn’t give me my drinks as they hadn’t put them in the order… at this time they were like no go around you have to make the line again to order what I had already asked for,this was the solution provided by the manager of this shift 11/09 at 4:17 completely dissatisfied with the service and of course i couldn’t buy the drinks for me and my family because the drive thru was full

Won't recommend going here. There rude to the customers and their own staff. I was in here a few days ago and watched the manager yell at his employees and didn't care that one of his employees was having breathing issues. I couldn't tell if she was having an asthma attack or anxiety attack but nothing is okay with this establishment

I've never been to a Burger King with such bad food and lousy customer service. The cashier who took my order was barely audible when she spoke, she had no name, and the manager didn't say a word when I asked for fresh hash browns because they were cold and hard. She slowly went to fry new ones, and when she gave them to me she didn't say anything either. The croissants weren't warm and the French toast was hard. I was a manager for 5 years at BG, so I know what I'm criticizing.

I love going here,, normally easy to get fast service in drive thru or inside, I love they have the kids play area enclosed... Totally fun... Only thing I had a issue here is when getting breakfast.... PORTIONS ON A BIG BREAKFAST IS QUITE SMALL FOR AN ADULT AND ONE OF THE GUY WORKERS SEEM TO PUT THE PLATE UPSIDE DOWN IN THE TO GO BAG WHICH COMPLETELY FELL OUT IN THE BAG AS I WAS pulling it out to eat.. other than this incident,, it's Burger King it's a classic ?

A wonderful environment! Everything is super clean inside. Someone had said the ac in the playground doesn’t work, but it definitely works! Love the inside playground, outside is too hot to take them to the park. So I brought them here and bought them chicken fries and fries. This is like a treat to them and to myself because they are not home bored. I have missed out on this place but will definitely be bring my kids here more often.

Ignorant staff. Calling corporate to report the manager and all the ignorant staff here. Food cold, cups no lids, but the attitude is incredible. Disgusting place and people.

This morning I ordered 3 orders of French toast. They put one napkin in the bag, and only then did I realize they put two open packs of syrup in my bag and everything was sticky. I had to ask them to rebag everything. Then when I got my food the French toast sticks were way over burnt they looked like a chicharon. I couldn’t even feed half of it to my kids so I didn’t get a breakfast. And our tater tots were so undercooked they crumbled. Money and time wasted. Angel took my order and handled everything poorly. Very disappointed.

We always go here on our way to lazy springs. We waited over 30 minutes last Sunday. The young lady at the counter actually disappeared into the office to avoid customers. Now, let's be clear, not her fault they did NOT have enough staff. Management get a grip and get it together. This problem is on YOU. not the staff
