The cashier was about to proceed without applying them, but the manager noticed the look on my face and immediately stepped in. Without hesitation or even asking to see my phone, they trusted me and made it right on the spot. That’s the kind of service that makes a customer happy! It was 10:30 PM, I was tired and not in the mood for a hassle, so I truly appreciated this manager’s attention to detail and excellent customer service.
