I forgot to ask for milk in my tea and they were most polite in assisting. During the service and erratic loud customer came in, the staff were calm and polite with him even though he was abusive. I was very impressed and of course, as usual the food was delicious.

On December 20th, 2025 i went to Dunkin was asked to park in the front of the Dunkin to then get yelled at a cop as to why im parked in the fire lane, it seemed as if it wasn’t the first time this cop has seen people do it and Dunkin still continues to request to park there. What a great way to start my Saturday morning.

My food had mold on it and hair. My drink was disgusting. Sadly, this place is a joke.
My order got to the wrong store, which would be the store when I was trying to do a Naples store. I tried to call this number to cancel and refund my order for the total of 30 minutes and no phone was answered. Never call them because you’re never going to get them. Horrible horrible horrible

My Cold Brew is always on point ?only thing I was kinda bummed about was this ?So you can owe me but I can’t owe you ? she didn’t hand me my 2 pennies! I told her hold on I think I may have the 3 cents, didn’t have em so I gave her 10 for her to only owe me 2cents. Tomorrow I’ll be going in there and buying the same thing telling her my 2 cents you have from yesterday young lady lol. The point is if you want your 3cents I want my 2cents ??♀️

Went to this Dunkin to pick up 4 boxes of donuts for a school function and when I got to the store approximately 3 hours before they closed they were down to a handful of donuts which I did not like. The racks were totally empty. Also, they were only down to only everything bagels, all the other ones were not available. This is one store I won't be going back to and I also advised a school Personnel not to patronize this store.
