Went to this Dunkin to pick up 4 boxes of donuts for a school function and when I got to the store approximately 3 hours before they closed they were down to a handful of donuts which I did not like. The racks were totally empty. Also, they were only down to only everything bagels, all the other ones were not available. This is one store I won't be going back to and I also advised a school Personnel not to patronize this store.

My coffee was completely wrong and they charge me extra for oatmilk like 6 dollars more which is ridiculous. I’ve been to this dunkin many times and they have never disappointed me this much. I guess I will be going elsewhere.

I always order muffins and every single time the order is rushed and food isn't even done properly. The muffin is always cold and hard in the middle and sometimes it's even missing ingredients. Drive thru is a horrible experience she is rude and has an attitude.

Being a Massachusetts native, I'm a diehard Dunkin' person. I use their app to place my orders, like I did this morning without issue. Given the geographical location of this Dunkin', there's never a line or wait and my order is almost always ready when I walk in the door. Today, as I walked in, I was greeted with a friendly "good morning", by a young employee. I stated that I placed my order through the app and was told it was ready.I had a medium coffee, along with an egg, turkey sausage, and cheese sandwich on an English muffin. The muffin should've been toasted and the sausage could've been hotter, but both items I ordered were good.Since I'm a card-carrying Dunkin' member, my coffee was gree this morning! So, if you're going to start going to any Dunkin', I highly recommend downloading their app and signing up! Today's trip was less than $5!

My grandma had the worst experience ever! We ordered coffee through drive-thru and we pulled to the window. As we are getting our coffee the manager hands it to us and the coffee spills, it had got on her also and she made a disgusting look. The nastiest attitude I’ve seen. She was so disrespectful afterwards. If I could give it 0 stars I would. Horrible!

Got Ignored for a full 10 minutes while all 4 employees worked the drive through only. Ordered coffee and donut. Coffee was cold and they forgot the donut. Unacceptable

Literally the absolute worst Dunkin out there. Can never get an order right. 75% of the employees are rude as hell. I go here almost every day and it just keeps getting worse and worse.

Life On The Farm

Sooooooooo slow and by the time you get up to pay from waiting in drive thru the ice is half melted. Bacon is always not cooked all the way and hash browns are not cooked all the way also. Sat in the drive thru lane for 10mins and didn't even move up 1 car. This place is busy but needs to get it together and be more efficient. The employees act like that don't care either.

If I could give it 0 stars I would. First of all the attendant taking orders was rushing my boyfriend and I, cutting us off…”is there anything else,” multiple times before we completed our sentence, then they had us pull to the front when no cars were behind us and brought out these improperly made coffees. We tried it and immediately returned them. They were rude upon trying to return the beverages, didn’t offer to remake my beverages, then awaited a refund, with no apology. Worst experience with DD. I Assure you we will not be supporting this one again.
