The food is good but the service is terrible, we went in and had to wait more than 15 minutes for the waitress to approach, since they did not have a lot of customers, and when she did so with a terrible attitude, it was our first time in the place obviously We had questions and she answered annoyed. We placed our order and from there he didn't care to ask again if we needed anything else. They have very bad service.

The service personnel does not connect with outsiders. I was passing by, from Miami (2h away) and looking for some quick stop to eat. However the service did not act as if I was an important client, but rather like an Uber Driver, with no questioning as to where to sit, handing the menu, or even if napkins were needed. The place was nearly empty, so as a customer one would think that they would be a bit more attentive to formulated questions and opinions about the menu, right? Well... The food let me down, it does not have the taste nor the presentation as it is usually expected from Mexican Restaurant.

This place is not worth it. The service was not it. Our waitress had an unpleasant attitude and the cook didn’t even make my food. I waited and waited while others had received their food and went to ask about mine and the cook just smiled and said whoops. You have to make sure they even make your order and then when I FINALLY got it it was awful. I ordered quesabirria tacos and they were the worst ones I’ve ever had. The consome was thick, cold, and bland. The tacos were just as sad. The tacos was falling apart because of how soggy it was and the cheese inside was still cold. Save your money and go to the one in Bonita springs. It’s way better.
