While I was there, I overheard the owner speaking to someone in the kitchen in a very harsh and disrespectful way. The tone was aggressive and completely unprofessional, especially for a place that’s supposed to be welcoming.
It was uncomfortable to listen to and honestly took away from the entire experience. No one should be talked to like that at work. Because of what I witnessed, I wouldn’t recommend Kountry Kitchen and won’t be coming back

We stopped today for lunch. The place was very busy, it seems as though they stay that way. It was seat yourself and there were only two places left but the gentleman behind the counter asked if we prefer a booth one is coming available if we wanted to wait 2 minutes. So we waited and sat at the booth. I ordered a coffee to drink but they weren’t serving breakfast at that time only lunch. I wanted breakfast but settled for a salad instead. Both kids got a cheeseburger with fries. They enjoyed the burger but the fries were lacking flavor. I did salt them and add ketchup which helped. The salad I ordered was a huge portion size. I had to take a box to go it was way too much to eat at one sitting. The server was nice and the restaurant overall wasn’t bad just a bit busy. Anyway was a decent meal at a good price. Will be back if in the area.
