Lozano's Mexican Restaurant

I took my family out here for a dinner. The food was great. The server no so much. The bill, there was 7 of us, two of which were under 3 years old. We were charged 10% for being a large party. I was then prompt to give tip when i went to the counter. I would have given the extra 10%, however adding the 10%, and not informing me was sneaky. So she only got a 10% tip for that reason.

We've been coming to this restaurant for 9 years. Today was the worst experience ever. The service was terrible, the chips were cold, hard, and burnt. I told the waitress I didn't want spicy food, and my food came with it. We won't be coming back for a while. June 10, 2025

Plenty of seating great food and atmosphere... great service.

The service provided by the waitress was qick and friendly Everything was amazing the food and drinks were a 5 star, this is the best place I experienced and went to several. Overall the establishment, the staff, food and drinks excellent. Great service and food will definitely go back and take my family when they're in town.

I have eaten here several times and liked it, but something has changed. The Margaritas are very sweet and don't have any discernible alcohol; they don't serve any chips and salsa like most Mexican restaurants; they charge 50 cents for Sour Cream (for the $18 meal you just ordered!); they charge a 3.99% service charge if you use a credit card (no business pays 3.99% so this is an obvious income source); and the service was efficient, but not friendly. Oh well, time to find another food stop.

Food is very good, and friendly service. However prices are expensive and there are service charges added to all meals, as well as splitting plate fees.
