The service is terrible, you try to talk to the staff and they all go out to fight with the manager, they have no respect for the people who are eating in the restaurant, they should change managers and staff… Everything is terrible.

Very friendly workers at this location and they keep that line moving. My order is always correct and it's just an all around good McDonald's to visit. It's just fast food but at least the staff isn't rude and your order will be correct. So kudos to them for that!

Spent 30 minutes waiting on two frappes to be given to me at curbside. Never go to me at curbside had to get down and get the frappes. Both frappes were melted and when asked to redo them they said frappe machine was broken.

Food was cold was given a cheeseburger probably cooked 6 hours ago. Fries were all hard and cold. Service ordered at kiosk took number, 3 girks working why get a table number if you have to walk up and get it at counter. been to better locations.
Our server was marcela, she was exceptional, she explained the dish nicely to us before we ordered
They also bring soup for you always free which is really tasty
Next time whenever I come to Miami, it's bandeja paisa for sure

VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE If there was 0 star I would give it. They don't do their job well and give the sandwiches with toto when you still ask for them plain. I called asking for a supervisor and supposedly she wasn't there (that's what a worker supposedly called Mary told me). I think the supervisor should be more attentive and at work, and that it should be the same supervisor who answers the phone. VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE
