Store #15912 has the worsts service. My food sat on the belt for 20 mins until someone packed it for me. I had the workers just stare at me instead of asking if I need anything. Workers was on their phone ,dancing and the mangers was in the back talking. There was no order! Not one time did the manger who service me my food apologized for the wait. And it sucks because this the only McDonald’s in town smh GET IT TOGETHER!!!!

Always Busy NO Matter What Time You Go There.... Immokalee needs "2" Mc Donald's to really serve the area... Food great service is nice, jus insanity long lines in drive thru.... better to go inside if you can might be quicker, other than this,, everything else is good...

I brought a bus load of students for lunch on the way back from a field trip today. When we got there the entire restaurant was filled with middle school students who had gotten out of school early. There was nowhere to sit and we didn't have time to wait for all those kids to order. The manager was so nice! She came out ( I did not ask for her! ) and offered to open a register for our bus load of kids and they filled the orders very fast. Many of the students not with us were rude and didn't have any manners. Everyone working there was smiling, positive, and very friendly. Thank you! We appreciated you more than you will know!

Service was a 00000/10 . Got there and not only was i waiting but 3 others were waiting on their food . None of the associates were communicating to let us know how long it’ll be or if someone would be with us. Not only that RUDY idk if he’s the manager or what but was VERY VERY rude ! Yes i took matters into my own hands and tried to grab my own cup but that didn’t give Mr.Rudy any right to snatch my bag from my hand almost dropping all my food. He claimed he was going to give me a refund and yet hasn’t . You said i can’t come back Rudy but jokes on you, i’ll be your worst nightmare and come see you at work EVERYDAY ! ?
