I placed an online order tonight at the Immokelee Florida location. I have been a general manager for papa johns in Sandusky, Ohio for almost 10 years. I ordered a large pizza half pepperoni jalapeño, half pepperoni green pepper and an order of garlic knots. When I arrived to pick up my pizza, I was told they could not make neither garlic knots or bread sticks. Now help me with this logic….. breadsticks are made with a large dough ball….. garlic knots are made with a small dough ball nothing extra, you stretch the dough out cut it and place it in the oven. How can you make a large pizza but not bread sticks. How can you not make garlic knots? Coming from a location that does a million dollars a year and has ran out of dough I can not wrap my head around your logic. Then even if you did not want to cut down dough, why weren’t the garlic knots shut off online? Why was I still able to order them! This is uncalled for and this store needs more training and better management.

I ordered a large pizza and garlic knots online. I got there and they said they were out of garlic knots, so I asked if they could make breadsticks they also told me they were out of those to. Coming from a former papa John’s employee that has been working at a papa John’s in another location for a couple years. breadsticks are made out of large dough. They were able to make my large pizza which means they should have been able to make the breadsticks. Unprofessional and lazy what a joke🤦🏼‍♀️

Ordered a supreme came to pick up the pizza and got an excuse no onion mushrooms and green peppers available but still paid for supreme. Pepperoni pizza was good though.

I picked up order today at 330pm and one food was burnt, i tried to call store, to report, but couldn't get ahold of anyone, even i went papa john website, nothing work, i couldnt get ahold of anyone even live chat. so i had to post this to report that it was terrible burnt pizza =(

I do not recommend you order online because you will probably not get your food. It’s best to call to confirm the food order is placed. Be aware that they seem to be constantly short staffed so it will take a while for the food to be ready.

I am at the papa John’s in immokalee fl and the person who took my order want from taken my order and touch everything jump right into maken my food I had to yell at him cause why you didn’t wash your hands before touching my food. That’s nasty touching food with dirty hands. Why there no manger here watching smh

I’m giving this Papa John’s a one star number one because the store manager was so rude. She actually took the pizza away because I was asking her explain to me how the car processor works. As a nurse and every Friday before work I get a small pizza for my son , it’s always a hit or miss but anytime one of the young men are able to make the pizza he does his best every other time it’s always terrible. I’m 45 minutes away from the nearest Papa John’s so I always gamble with them, but this was absurd. The store manager was irate in using profanity. On countless occasions I caught her sleeping in the back and 10 minutes time I actually walked back there.
As a community servant, and a single mother, this is unacceptable treatment. The establishment is always dirty, and the manager looked uncut and poor hand hygiene . I will be calling corporate

Ordered an online pizza and when I went to pick it up Stephen said it wasn’t ready and that he was the only one working there today (8/16) he was working so hard to get all the orders done and was never rude or cranky, he was friendly and professional and we appreciated him working today especially on a busy Friday night.

I really enjoy going to Papa John's. The staff there is amazing. I might walk in with a sad face but I'll DEFINITELY be walking out with a smile on my face. They've always made me feel welcomed and I can honestly say that I've never felt as comfortable in a place of business as I do at Papa John's!!!

I waited almost 10 minutes before anyone came.to the front desk... then my u er pickup was given to someone else who did not confirm the order so I lost out on money!

That place is horrible, someone should investigate because the person who runs it is not doing his job well, I have almost always gone from 12 to 1 in the afternoon and no one is open and I get tired of calling and no one comes out to answer the front. The oven is not useful or some excuse is invented to not serve the public, not to mention the lack of hygiene that exists.

I called today on April 20,2024 because when I ordered online it always let me put deliver to my home. So because website wasn't allowing me to do this home delivery I called a young lady answer at Papa John's in Immokalee and asked her if about the online not letting me put to be deliver and she said they don't have drivers I have to call Door Dash. I been knowing they been having Door Dash for awhile but they have everything set up were they do in there own restaurant delivery regardless off the Door Dash but today while talking to her in a very tired don't want to deal with customers type of way she said I have to call Door Dash myself. I said but I know ya have Door Dash but I never had to called them ya always do it yourselves she said I don't know anything. Wow why do they have workers with this type of attitudes in Immokalee. I am a client that has ordered a lot from Papa John's but this frustrate me when someone can't be nice if iam not been rude. I just asked someone to pick up this Time but this is how they going to answer iam so done with Papa John's and I'll just get little Cesar's or Wendy's. Some one needs to stop this at there restaurant.
