I’m a big foodie and I go around collier county and let me tell you I’ve been to 3 rib cities never disappoints.. but this one was not what I expected ong, the brisket was so dry I’m still washing it down. Under seasoned, fatty, and that red ring was devious. Couldn’t even wash it down with the slaw it was so acidic and watery how is something dry and wet at the same time no hate.. had beans and corn both tasted like that cherry medicine we get when we feel like we dying. Chewy and dry bread no shot it was garlic NO SHOT. Chicken was gelatinous like it was sitting right next to that brisket in the warmer.. let’s not get into the fries.. let me tell you I’ve never been that disappointed in a rib city I bout cried in that jawn. $75 for the whole meal for 3 meals( imma big back) minus the tip. If I provided that from my job I would’ve been chopped.

Yummy ribs and sides (Mac n cheese and bbq beans). Attentive waitress Esmer and clean bathroom! Will visit again.
Unorganized, place was not full, I can count with one hand how many tables were being occupied. The two servers seemed over whelmed as two other workers were standing in the front of the restaurant on their phones and obviously not helping their fellow co-workers. 25 minutes later, our meals were brought out, and that was the last we saw our server till in was time for the check. I will say those two workers in the front came to the dining area to help at the last min. As more customers started entering. It was just bad management. If you have customers leaving your establishment agreeing on how bad the experience and taste were, then the owners need to evaluate this location.

Everything was delicious, no complaints there at all! We ordered onion rings and i found it odd that they wanted to charge us for a tiny cup of spicy ranch sauce for dipping. Also before we left they offered to fill up our cups to go. Then charged us for the fill up as another soda. Very odd. There like 3$ to begin with. I can get a bigger size that actually has soda in it and not all ice at circle k for .79 cents... PLUS you offered!! Nothing was mentioned of charging for 2 more drinks. Even McDonald's doesn't charge you for a refill. Is your coke that much better? The staff was very friendly and attentive even though they were busy. Other than thr weird up charges and not mentioning the extra soda charges everything was great and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The food was on point, everything from the meal to down to the mac and cheese and bread. Cooked perfectly too i might add. Great meal will be back without a doubt.

As usual this Rib City is up to standard like the other Rib City’s I have been to in Lee County. The food is great and never deviates from the standard.
