No one likes to have a bunch of customers come in just before closing. So when we showed up with a soccer team of 18, thirty minutes before closing, I would have understood if we were denied service. BUT THESE GUYS CAME THROUGH! 18 Subs, 18 happy customers. We had a long three hour ride home, but our bellies were full!

This subway has been denying all Bogo deals on the app. Even though back on Dec 28 2023 all subways were supposed to stop denying coupons and mobile deals including bogo deals. I will be calling corporate in the morning to deal with the issue because it's bologna that us as loyalty rewards members get denied after spending so much money in this franchise. I'll drive an hour to fort myers for a better sub until this place figures out how to follow the guidline

This Subway is so poorly managed employees not caring about what they're doing not paying attention to the orders given the wrong food to wrong customers and then laughing about it not a good experience

When it's a 5 but won't accept any cupon whatsoever really? Should of opened up your own sandwich shop instead of using the subway name

We were craving Subway, so we went to check the prices online and we estimated the amount of money to bring. We ordered and were $2 short. We asked if we can change our order. The manager (I think) was saying how I went to school so I should've been able to do simple math it, saying all these things. They were so poor that he got mad over a simple mistake. Like what!? Change the prices if there incorrect ?, so other ppeople won't experience the same mistake. Ridiculous.

They refuse to accept Subway coupons from Subway mail flyers, I will give someone else my money. Greedy business that doesn't value their customers.
