The employees that work here are all rude and disrespectful with the exception of maybe 1 or 2 of them. Even the managers are rude. They all have nasty attitudes and act like they are being forced to work there. You get all sorts of dirty looks. They will mess up your order and talk to you as if you are the one that went in the back and messed it up. I dont see how this place is still here. I guess its because there's not too many options but the owner has to do something about these damn employees.

I went through the drive thru today and was disappointed with the service. The employee at the window was EXTREMELY rude and even gave me and multiple other people a dirty look instead of being professional. If this is how customers are being treated then don’t work there and ruin other people’s day.

I went through the drive-through and tried to use my reward points, but the scanner wouldn’t work. The cashier was about to proceed without applying them, but the manager noticed the look on my face and immediately stepped in. Without hesitation or even asking to see my phone, they trusted me and made it right on the spot. That’s the kind of service that makes a customer happy! It was 10:30 PM, I was tired and not in the mood for a hassle, so I truly appreciated this manager’s attention to detail and excellent customer service. I wish I would’ve asked for your name, but kudos to you!

There is no doubt that this establishment has been an important economic support for the town for many years and, for me, it has been a privilege to be able to eat at this establishment for many years. In my opinion, it is one of the best food chains in the world. It's also worth mentioning that their chili fries are way better than anyone else's.

Overall horrible. Going on a road trip and doors were locked before 2pm and all employees just stared at us. Didn’t even get the chance to buy food but left right after because that’s ridiculous. Not even worth putting the review but if the employees won’t even bother to do their job then I’m gonna waste my time and say that nobody should come here.
