Today I had the absolute pleasure of trying the pineapple habanero baby back ribs with Mac n cheese. This husband and wife duo have an excellent team behind them and can really crank it out. The ribs were fall off the bone and absolutely perfect. The Mac n cheese was wonderful and I enjoyed every single bite. Definitely keep an eye out for this trailer coming to an event near you. Absolutely worth every penny! Can’t wait to come back!

Beach Freeze & BBQ are the most sweetest people and creative food trucks here in Brevard! We tried Penny’s amazing Açaí bowls from scratch, she cuts the fruit and blends an amazing açaí and also made the recipes herself! We had an amazing conversation with Rick and he let us try his food for free! His ribs were a chefs kiss! They fall off the bone and have a nice blend of sweet and smoky flavor.
