Today I had the absolute pleasure of trying the pineapple habanero baby back ribs with Mac n cheese. This husband and wife duo have an excellent team behind them and can really crank it out. The ribs were fall off the bone and absolutely perfect. The Mac n cheese was wonderful and I enjoyed every single bite. Definitely keep an eye out for this trailer coming to an event near you. Absolutely worth every penny! Can’t wait to come back!

This was mine and my wife's first time seeing this particular vendor at our apartment complex, and both of us can't wait for him to come back!! We both got a full rack of ribs, one flavored maple and the other apple pie (yes apple pie), with a side of baked beans and smoked mac-n-cheese. All items were delicious but the rib absolutely stole the show! The meat was fall off the bone tender, juicy and impressionably flavorful! Can't wait to try the brisket next time!

I’ve never had any bbq that compared. Cooked to perfection. The flavor was unique & I’m obsessed!
Everything they make is on another level from the mac n cheese to texas twinkies🤤

Beach Freeze & BBQ are the most sweetest people and creative food trucks here in Brevard! We tried Penny’s amazing Açaí bowls from scratch, she cuts the fruit and blends an amazing açaí and also made the recipes herself! We had an amazing conversation with Rick and he let us try his food for free! His ribs were a chefs kiss! They fall off the bone and have a nice blend of sweet and smoky flavor. Rick smokes anything warm in their food truck, from ribs, pulled pork, to Mac n cheese and baked beans. They are a very loving and family oriented couple, their business is one I think EVERYONE should try, they gave me and my family an amazing first experience and I know they will for you too!
